The breakfast was delicious, plentiful, and varied. The guesthouse is about 1 km from the city center, so all the attractions are easily reachable on foot. You could see part of the downtown area from the window. We had a great time; the hosts were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was well-designed and clean. The beds were very comfortable, and the mattresses seemed to be new. It’s an ideal place to stay for sightseeing.

The chair seats in the room were very hard, but this seems to be common in the city’s restaurants as well.

Beautiful apartment located on a hill with stunning views of the city and castle. The hotel struck us with its exceptional cleanliness and beauty, and its secluded and quiet location created a feeling of real privacy and tranquility. From the first minutes of our arrival, the owner of the hotel showed exceptional hospitality: he not only greeted us personally, but also took the time to show us all the amenities and interesting places. I would like to separately note how clean the room was and what good condition the room itself was in. In addition, in the immediate vicinity of the hotel there is a picturesque lake with a mini-beach and a sport equipment, where you could relax and enjoy nature. Our only regret is that our stay was too short to enjoy everything this hotel has to offer. We recommend planning a holiday here for at least a week to fully immerse yourself in the amazing atmosphere of the place and explore all its corners. Without a doubt, this hotel deserves the highest praise and will be an ideal choice.

Pension TOP is really TOP. It's owned by a nice couple and it's located around 15 minutes of walk from the center. It's in a residential area so it's quiet at night and you'll have a wonderful view from the balcony. The bed is comfortable, room very spacious, wifi strong. On the day of leaving we could also stay a little bit longer and despite not having breakfast preordered I got a cup of delicious coffee for free. Thank you!

In the bathroom there was no shower gel and shampoo but there was a hand soap.

Very nice location - about 1 km from central city square, 150 m to the lake, quiet beautiful place with great view from the balcony. Great hosts, very friendly, helpful, immidiately answering any request, even when the request is unusual or strange. Good, fresh and tasty breakfast, with different homemade goodies. Spatious bathroom with really hot water any time of the day/night. The room is ideally clean. Highly recommended.

Amazing stay at penzion TOP in Český krumlov. The owners of the place are very welcoming. You would be impressed with the cleanleness of the room and bathroom, because I certantly was. We had a room with the city view and a balcony. Breakfast is also delicious. The center of the city is only 10 min walk. You could also buy souvenirs from the penzion like gingerbread and jams. I could only recommend the stay at Penzion TOP.

If you want sausages and scrambled eggs for breakfast, you have to come early.

Our family made 10-day trip during which we stayed at 3 cities. We rate our accommodation in Top Penzion as the best one among the three accommodations. The owners, Lenka and Michal are very friendly and give good recommendations on programs in Cesky Krumlov. It was a great experience. We thank Lenka and Michal for the wonderful holiday.

The attention, welcoming attitude, cleanness and decoration of the rooms. Along with the breakfast and view. I've been to Český Krumlov several times, and I keep bringing my friends with me so they know the town and the place I stay in. I keep coming back to Penzion TOP, because it is a safe bet for your stay. There is a Vietnamese convenience store nearby, the location is quiet, there is a calisthenics park around as well, along with a cute lake and a good restaurant you'd love to eat in. Very kind staff with excellent homemade breakfast and products. Everything was fresh. Great limonades also homemade. We had perfect room with deer picture on the wall where we had direct access to really nice garden. We had minibar so we takes some beer and drink it in the garden. Room was nice and bed was fine with good mattress and really nice bathroom. Owners were really kind and helpful and they care of they visitors perfectly. Thank you both and we will return to this place for sure again.

The accommodation has a great position and offers for a cheap price a very delicious breakfast which guest are offered a huge variety of paninis, scrambled egg and different types of cerials. The host is very friendly and open-minded and even speaks different languages. He is willing to make every wish come true. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect thanks to warm welcome and overall kind approach of the owners. Room was cozy with nice huge bathroom, fridge and simply everything you need. Big plus was the balcony and free parking space in front of the house. I need to mention also tasty breakfast. Absolutely recommend.
