The staff is kind and professional, and the hotel is stylish, inviting, and clean with a nice aesthetic. The rooms are also relatively spacious. The location is fantastic, as it's surrounded by a lot of green space and is just minutes away from many activities, whether you're walking or driving.

The breakfast buffet is on level -1, which can feel claustrophobic when the room is full. While dining is available on both levels -1 and 0, guests seated upstairs must go downstairs for any refills. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant and coffee shops close very early.

We booked a deluxe duplex room with a terrace and air conditioning, which was ideal for our family of two adults and two children, who slept comfortably upstairs. We highly recommend booking a room with air conditioning, as the weather was chilly (15°C), yet the room still felt too warm. The location was excellent, with numerous activities within walking distance, including a treetop trail, chair lift, bicycle rentals, bobsled track, a small zip line, restaurants, and more. We rarely needed to use our car! It was really enjoyable stay!

The shower was inconvenient, lacking a holder for the showerhead, which required holding it during use. Additionally, the bathroom counter height was uncomfortably high. We also found the hotel restaurant disappointing. However, these were minor issues overall.

The location was perfect, Well spaced car parking. Rooms were neat and clean. The staff were exceptional and professional. The place is walkable from almost all the activities. The food options were really very good and were delicious as well. The restaurant even had some activities and a dedicated play area for the kids. Kudos to the thought of keeping the kids entertained.

The only disappointment for us was the flies that wanted to taste our food in the restaurant. It was quite a few to handle ! Especially during breakfast hours.

Very nice and clean hotel with an excellent breakfast and an on-site restaurant. Perfectly located right next to the chairlift for easy access to the hilltop attraction, and just a 5-minute walk from the lake. The Stodola restaurant terrace on the central square is a wonderful place to relax, both during the day and in the evening. You can enjoy delicious meals from the hotel’s restaurant or grab freshly baked goods from the Povidloň bakery all day long.

The hotel has an excellent location in the centre of Lipno under the main ski slope. Clean rooms, friendly staff, large ski/bike depot, parking. The hotel has its own restaurant with fast service, excellent cuisine and helpful staff. It also has its own pastry shop with delicious desserts.

The only weak side of the hotel is that it consists of two buildings, between which you need to walk through the outside. Breakfasts are served outside the main building, in the “cellar”, a small room without windows, where not even half of the hotel guests can fit. I didn't understand why breakfast are not served upstairs in the restaurant area, which is very nice.

The location is perfect. Next to the chairlift and a short walk to the lake. There's a grocery store and a bike/ski rental place next door.

The A/C is adjusted centrally and if you want them to turn it on for your room anyways, they will (well they did for us but we had two babies). This is a daily request though because the next day it's off again. They also do not have a bike pump in their bike storage room which would have been nice

The hotel’s location is excellent, just a few steps away from Lyft and other attractions. The staff was very nice and welcoming, and the breakfast was good. Overall, we had a very poistive experience!

Breakfast Area: The breakfast area was extremely crowded, leaving us with no choice but to go up one floor to find a place to sit and eat. Shower Water Pressure: The water stream in the showers was disappointingly weak, making it difficult to enjoy a proper shower. Laundry Services: There were no laundry services available, neither self-service machines nor any laundry service provided by the hotel.

Clean and nice hotel, comfy beds, very professional and friendly reception staff as well as a house keeping staff. Check-in was welcoming, quick with all needed information provided. We asked to housekeeper during our short stay to refill the amenities and it was done fast and with friendly treatment. Great location. Confectionery and supermarket nearby. Close to marine.

First day 3 of us went to the restaurant for a dinner, restaurant occupancy was about 20% and the restaurant is a big one indeed. We sat at the table for 6 as it had soft seats. However, waitress approached us and said that we must to relocate to a table for 4, with hard seat chairs. Ok, we obeyed. Then we ordered meals. Meals arrived, one was not what we ordered, we accepted that as we were very hungry. Overall tone of the waitress was not super friendly. Not to mention that the table we sat at in the very beginning remained unoccupied for the whole duration of the dinner. Our dinner next day was truly spotless, but we were served by a different person.

Everything was perfect. We had a very nice apartment, breakfast with white wine as a starter was perfect. Very nice staff on the reception desk. A gift in a form of water was very sweet. Perfect view.

We were so surprised when we stopped our convertible car on the driveway to hotel, we stopped for 45 seconds to open the top of our car and then (in the 15th second) came a white van from the elemens hotel - the passengers were waving to us showing disrespect and urging us because they had to wait 30 seconds. It was so unpleasant... on the other hand we had such a nice humour after breakfast that we didn't care but our children could not understant their behaviour.

The hotel was very nice. Particularly, we enjoyed the following: - The room was comfortable with a smart TV supporting Chromecast. - The hotel had an amazing breakfast. - The bathroom in the room was nice and clean. - There is a parking at the hotel that cost 190CZK. There is also a possibility to use a public parking near the hotel. - There is a hotel restaurant with tasty food. - The hotel has free Wi-Fi. We saw that hotel offers discounts to nearby attractions, however, we did not use it as we already had our activities planned in advance.
