Breakfast exceeded all expectations — the dishes were generous, delicious, and fresh. A pleasant bonus was having a cozy table reserved just for us, where we felt especially comfortable. The service was outstanding: the attentive and friendly staff created a sense of care and hospitality from the very first moments. We would like to thank the owner of the hotel, Martina, and her mother, Caterina. Our waitress, Natasha, was exceptionally welcoming and friendly. This is our second time visiting this place.

The hotel was wonderful. The only minor inconvenience was the absence of a market in the region, where we could buy berries and fruit.

The location is great, near a ski lift. The room was very nice and clean. There was enough space for our clothes for the weekend for two and enough space for toiletries in the bathroom also. Breakfast was nice, with a sufficient choice for us. The restaurant in the hotel is one of the best in Lipno which is very convenient too. A storage room for skis and bikes is available as is a separate storage space for skiing boots with driers.

Very friendly staff, very accommodating for you wishes. Excellent food at the restaurant. Great position of the hotel, next to the ski lift and slopes, short walking distance.

Great location, not far from the city center where everything happens (about 3 minutes walk), but far enough so that you don't hear all the noise. Very close to many other attractions there (mainly the bobsleigh track and chairlift - if you ski or want to go for the treetop walk)... Hotel has 3 stars but should rather be 3S or 4 star.

The restaurant seem to be crowded during evenings (they cook quite well), so you could have problem getting a seat without reservation.

Service is special, you can talk directly to the owners. Very nice people. Excelent breakfast. For lunch or dinner, the restaurant is very good for the price. There is a supermarket and other options close-by.

We only stayed here for a night but we had a very pleasant stay. Room was nice and had a balcony with great mountain view.Restaurant personnel was very friendly and even served drinks a the (small) pool.

It’s a bit farther from the lake and restaurant area (but we didn’t mind).

We like the location, food, comfort, no need to look for a restaurant in the evening. Easy parking, close to the slope and COOP.

It was awesome stay,everything was clean,they have a space where you can put your skis and shoes to get dry,really nice and friendly staff,it is right next to the ski slope,and food,we booked a places for dinner which was absolutely perfect and breakfast in the morning as well.
