We were greeted by a lovely lady when we arrived and this continued throughout our stay. The one thing that lets this hotel down is the breakfast that is provided. Yes, it’s a buffet breakfast but when you take away all the processed foods and foods that look as though they are the remains of “last night’s” dinner there in’t much. The eggs that were provided were “grey” and we felt that if you ate them you would get sick! The so called fruit juice was just water with a slight bit of cordial added. Nothing like the picture that is displayed inside the lift and really let the property down.

Great location. We didn’t use their parking option (€33 a day) and parked at the closest parking lot P2 (€11 a day), it’s a 7 min walk from the hotel. Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean, breakfast tasty, both with buffet and a la carte options. Buffet: cheese selection, olives, pickled onion, lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, canned tuna, pies, cookies, jams, bread selection, yoghurt selection, nuts, muesli, granola and some meat options too. A la carte - omelettes, eggs sunny side up, scrambled eggs. Good value for its price.

There is a bar downstairs and we could hear the loud music at night even through 2 closed windows (we stayed in January). The hotel charged us 500kc (20€) for our dog which is much higher than we usually pay.

A really interesting old building refurbished with modern amenities. The floor plan made it feel like we were walking through different chambers in a chateau. Our room was very comfy and looked directly onto the main square. We’ve stayed at six inns in Czechia, all with nice breakfasts, but this was the best one so far. The variety and quality of foods were great. There was even fresh kiwi as a fruit option. The options to make your own muesli were many. (The walnuts were especially good). It was the first breakfast layout where I couldn’t sample everything I wanted. There was even staff were welcoming and professional (and spoke English well.) The location on the main square cannot be beat.

I don’t know the history, but the name was a bit offputting when we looked for places. Yes it is old, but it’s beautiful and unique. I doubt the owners want to change the name, but of course we would stay there again.

The accommodation was pleasant, recently renovated, clean, and modern. Breakfast was tasty and of good quality. The breakfast area was spacious, bright, airy, and very pleasant to spend time in. We were assisted at the reception by Mr. Foved, who was very polite, friendly, and helpful. Although we experienced longer waiting times during both check-in and check-out, he always apologized courteously, which we greatly appreciated.

Getting clear information about parking was difficult, and we ultimately had to figure everything out on our own. The hotel did not provide sufficient instructions regarding parking and did not respond to our messages. I also noticed that several other guests had raised similar concerns online, but the responses from the hotel were not helpful. Additionally, the breakfast selection could be more varied and generous, especially considering the price, as it felt rather basic.

Breakfast had a good selection of cold and hot food along with pastries and cakes. Coffee machine worked well and tasted good. Juice could be improved...very diluted and tasteless. Otherwise, all was good.

Nothing. The hotel was lovely, the room was perfect (updated, clean, large, view of square, and yet quiet at night). Beds very comfortable. Centrally located in square with easy access everywhere.

I was pleasantly surprised at the huge size of our room. It even included a wine chiller with wines in it. The location of the hotel was great as it was in the main square. The hotel’s restaurant had a nice modern cozy ambience. The food was good and we loved the ice cream parfait. The breakfast also had a decent spread. The staff members were friendly and very helpful.

We were a group of 7 and had a van and driver. It was rather difficult to have ourselves picked up to load our numerous luggage as the town requires a permit to enter the square. And the permits are not so easy to get. However, the hotel offers a service of their van, for a minimal fee, to transport the luggage to the pick up point, about a 7-min walk away.

The parking is just at the town entrance in a small lot. However, it was easy to get from the parking lot to the hotel. The hotel is centrally located in the main square It was an absolutely perfect location. The employees were very friendly and helpful. It was especially nice that my luggage was brought to my room and the AC was on - as it was a hot day when I was there. The restaurant had good food and drinks, with a lovely outdoor terrace. The breakfast was also very good. I would definitely stay here again.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. This was a great place to stay.

Really liked the musky scent of the soap and shampoo. Very central location and cosy rooms.

Moder hotel in the heart of Český Krumlov. Located right in the main square. Spacious rooms. Excellent service. Good breakfasts. Pet friendly. Staff were very helpful. I liked pillows. Communication was excellent before arrival and during our stay. We asked help us with locating the place for New year Eve. And smart website/application where I could pay for dog, order slippers and other facilities

Parking price is too expensive.

The Hotel is located on the heart of the city, make easy to explore without losing time or spending more money on transportation. The room is very spacious and it had all amenities I needed to make the experience great. The staff was very kind and helpful from Check-In to help in additional and different matters.

I can't say I don`t like the Breakfast, it was good enough for sure but it has room for improvements.
