Really a great property. So much charm and character! Great location on one of the main streets in the old town near everything. Comfortable bed, large rooms and bathrooms, great WiFi, very delicious breakfast with a nice spread to choose from. The interior halls make you feel like you are staying in a room in the castle. I would stay here again and definitely recommend to others.

The area rug in my room needs to be replaced (302). It really does not look like anything you would want to put your feet on or that you could get clean enough, and It’s the one thing that detracts from the elegance of the rest of the room. Everything else was clean and attractive.

Location is superb! Breakfast was sumptous and in a nicely decorated section. Spacious room and bed was comfortable. Huge TV with international news channels. Hot shower and excellent pressure. Friendly receptionist, prompt response on queries through message. From Prague, alight at Spicak bus station which is 8-10 mins walk to the hotel. Walk-up stairs so if you are traveling with multiple and/or heavy luggage, to consider requesting a room located on the lower floors. Would stay again if returning to krumlov.

Room a little stuffy, unless one leaves the windows open at night. Slight sewer odour in the stairways at night, expected in older buildings. Consider removing/vacuum the carpet under the table, had debris on it.

Great room, beautiful architecture, nice breakfast, friendly staff

Maybe a weird smell in the entrance hall at some times, but it was no big deal. Also went to the downstairs toilet during breakfast and there was no toilet paper which I would expect to be replaced at all times in a hotel like this. Luckily there were some tissues by the sink. Neither wouldn't make me go again though. The trainstation is maybe too far from the city center but that's not the hotel's problem.

Comfy bed, great location in center of everything

Room was hot and stuffy, but window went out to balcony that anyone in the building could access, so I felt uncomfortable leaving it open in the night. No fan provided in the room for air flow (temps were 76F for the high - not terrible but I imagine it would be really hot in the summer). Bathroom is right past the bed, so the room humidity increases with any showers and the mini fridge puts out heat as well.

Room price is very affordable Nice decoration Location is a bit far from bus station but still walkable, however very close to attractions

Only 1 staff take care of 2 hotels. She is very nice but doesn’t have enough capacity. In the morning she wasn’t around and breakfast room was quite messy

Claire was very welcoming and let me store my backpack after checking out. Great location. Comfort bed, very modern bathroom

Room was very small. Was told the room had a balcony, which I was looking forward to because it’s always nice to start or end a day on a balcony. However what they called a balcony required leaving my room and using a key to an enclosed terrace…while not convenient…it wouldn’t have been too bad except that it looked like the area hadn’t been used or cleaned in a long time, Had a big picnic table that wasn’t conducive to sitting at.

That I had to carry all my heavy luggage up many stairs to our room. Also the bed was sitting much higher that you have to crawl up to get in. At 70 years old this hotel isn’t for us maybe a younger couple. Parking for this hotel isn’t so close and when we came to the hotel to load the luggage a police car went buy and wanted to give us a ticket because you need a permit to enter this street. I’m not sure if we will receive a ticket or not but we will have to wait a couple of weeks to see if we get a ticket or not.

What a lovely 16th century building tastefully renovated and designed to offer modern comforts while doesn't lose its old world charm. The breakfast spread was very generous and lots of choices (both hot and cold). The dining room is so comfy and nicely decorated.

The hotel was locked when I arrived earlier than check-in time, with a note asking the guests to call them for check-in. It would have been better if they communicated how to access the key to enter the hotel via booking.com message, or asked to send a text/whatsapp message, as my phone was unable to call out to overseas line.

Location was fantastic for getting around the town. Breakfast had a good range of options hot and cold foods. Easy access to rooms.

Had a big storm and came back to the property due to weather. Went to use the tv in the room and would not work. Tried calling reception and told us they were gone for the night and were unable to help, which was disappointing, also two out of the three PowerPoints for charging phones was broken. Was difficult to get a hold of anybody for check out as reception was not always attended during opening hours.

We had two rooms. Both were clean, newly decorated, well equiped and well mantained. Location is excellent in the center of Ceški Krumlov only few minutes by foot from every major ateaction in the town. Bathrooms were clean and pretty large with all of the amenities.

There is a small restaurant used for breakfast which is open from 8 to 10 in the morning and locked at all other times. The garden in the back of the restaurant is sadly not maintained and not used. The breakfast was decent but we would appreciate a bit more choices. We arrived by car but there was no space to leave the car near the hotel so we had to park in the public parking which is an added cost.
