So glad we decided to stay in Cesky Krumlov instead of opting for a day trip from Prague or Vienna. The hotel is in a wonderful spot in a very lovely part of town. Cesky Krumlov is a truly beautiful place. The hotel room did not disappoint. Great location next to the river. Large room with a lovely view. The bathroom had super water pressure with a big bathtub that we were grateful for after being on our feet for 4 days in Prague. The room looks much better in person than presented in the photos. And great value. I recommend you stay here! Breakfast was served at another hotel, very close by and the buffet was delicious!

The hotel staff and facilities were great, perfect location, easy to find and access throughout the day.

Terrible experience beforehand, possibly a hacker sending a suspicious link asking to pay (again), later also hard to contact customer service or the hotel itself to check what was going on. How the issue is fixed soon.

The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the old town. Our rooms were situated in a separate building from the reception, but the receptionist kindly assisted us in finding the correct doors. For those traveling with large luggage, I recommend obtaining permission to drive into the old town by car. Otherwise, the parking area is located a few hundred meters outside the old town, but it's manageable to walk to the hotel. The breakfast was very enjoyable, although you need to go to the main building for it. We didn't quite discern the difference between the luxury and normal rooms. We had booked two rooms, both of which offered a perfect view. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The room was big and clean with a big comfortable bed. The breakfast was super nice, everything we could wish for.

The dark side of the location in the city centre is the noise. Unfortunately, we discovered by experience that the night quiet hours start at midnight on Friday and Saturday during the season - we discovered by having a band under our window from 9 pm to midnight (we fell asleep only thanks to headphones with music and audiobooks). It is a pity, because the location is otherwise very nice, right in the city centre and we could see the parades in our street from our windows.

Breakfast is great. Rooms are fairly quiet. Beds are a bit hard but large. Bathrooms also very large with great water pressure. Would love to see a small coffee machine or water cooker added to the room as breakfast is a block away.

I didn't realise that there wasn't a lift, so it was a real workout because I was on the 3rd floor. Thankfully, the lovely lady at reception helped me with my cases.

Hotel was in the middle of the old town , location is amazing . As regards to staff , they were very nice and positive .l would highly recommend this hotel . Very nice experience

Comfortable hotel in a great location to explore this wonderful medieval town

Checkin, checkout and breakfast were in a 'sister hotel' 200m away. No problem in good weather but not when cold, wet and snowy.
