The location is superb. Just steps away from the main square but also just far enough so it is not noisy at night. The apartment we got was really big with a beautiful bathtub and a cozy bed. We loved staying here and would recommend the place to anyone. Note that the breakfast is just across the square but not far.

The breakfast place is a bit small so we had to wait for a table to open up. Also the variety was very basic. But sufficient to start the day.

The ambience of both the entrance hall and the apartment is wonderful. At night there is absolute silence and absolute darkness; the bed and the sofa perfectly comfortable: the perfect sleeping zone. Instructions for arrival perfect. Hosts extremely helpful about holding baggage after check out.

Breakfast OK but a little thin especially at the end of session. Bedside tables, shower soap rack and stool would be useful additions.

Breakfast is a 100 m walk, not a big deal. Not too sofisticated breakfast.

The pillow was too big and hard for me. This old building has very thick walls, so even though the outside temperature was 30+ degrees Celsius, it was very cool inside, including the bed and linens. I couldn't dry the towels either, although apartments 1 and 2 have a terrace where they can be left to dry. But this is only a characteristic of the building, not the fault of the host.

The apartment was beautiful at the heart of Český Krumlov. We arrived at the beginning of February and welcomed the pre-warned rooms. The suite was truly cozy making our stay in Krumlov an even better experience. Breakfast is served in a hotel nearby, where the staff was extremely kind and helpful (they let us leave our bags at the reception at the day of our departure).

Upon our arrival there were some used tissues on the floor next to the bath. There was no hot water running our first night for at least 3 hours :/ No problem with hot water the other days...

The bedroom was spacious and bathroom was comfortable, modern and very clean. Breakfast was ample for a good start to a day of walking and exploring a fascinating town. The hotel were amazing and staff friendly and the lady at reception gets 150% for always being willing to assist with all manner of things from sim card swaps, copying documents to arranging a taxi to the station. Everyone always smiles and greeting you when you go for breakfast. Thank you for making our visit even more memorable!!!!! 10/10

Nothing to not like

The hotel has a central location, it is in a historical building. There is a self check-in, it took us a bit to understand how to open the front door (push it harder), but it was quickly solved by the receptionist which was available by phone in the other hotel. Hotel room was refurbished. Breakfast was in a nearby hotel. We liked everything and were very satisfied.

It is located in the old town. The place was magnificently restored. We had the attic room with the open space bathtub and the room was gorgeous. We particularly appreciated the mattress and pillows.

The rubbish left by the previous occupants was still in the apartment when we arrived. Just a little mistake!

Very good location (but on Saturday is a bit noisy), authentic old house but perfectly renovated, comfortable equipments, mainly the bed. Breakfast was tasty but there was not not too much choice.

The room on the second floor was warmed by sun, a small fridge was missing
