Our Castle view room was very large, with a separate entry/dressing room and an equally large bathroom. Everything was in good order and clean. Three windows boasted views of the tower, castle and its surrounds, plus the river and main bridge. The general environment is busy with tourists but our room remained relatively quiet being at the rear of the hotel. The lift is a bonus. Breakfast was the typical fare of bread, cereals and fruit, cold meats and cheeses with eggs and sausages. It was more than sufficient to start your day. The reception and bar staff were welcoming. The hotel is in the best Cesky Krumlov location within easy walking access of the main sites, town square, bars, cafes and restaurants. The decor is a bit dated, but that is a minor issue.

WiFi reception and speed could be stronger. Some guests might prefer a shower screen to prevent splashing (the shower is over the large bathtub).

The hotel is right across the castle beside the bridge. Almost everything you want to see in this medieval town is walking distance. I was lucky to have been given a room with the castle as the view. Breakfast is just enough to fuel the body for a day’s walk. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Ms. Andrea who arranged a birthday surprise for me and always ready with a smile on her face whenever i saw her in the reception area. The hotel was a bit dated but you will not feel it as it is well maintained and always clean. There is also a restaurant in this hotel with inside and outside seating (front and back of the hotel overlooking the river and the castle). TIP: if you are coming from the bus station, though the hotel can be accessed by foot, request for a green taxi. Don’t attempt to walk upto the hotel if you are carrying a wheeled luggage as it may break in the cobbled stone pedestrian.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It's right on the river, next to the bridge and close to everything that Cesky Krumlov has to offer. The bedrooms are spacious, clean with a great bathroom and pretty well equipped.

The only comment for the room was that although it had a kettle and some tea bags, there was no coffee! Not really a big problem but had coffee been available, even in tiny Nescafe sachets, I would have had not one thing to complain about with the room. Breakfast was not as good as I expected but there was plenty to eat and a good variety. The biggest complaint I and probably others have had is that the bread ran out and nobody re-stocked the shelf!

The hotel is in a perfect, beautiful location. Already during our previous visit, we decided to return with our friends. If there is no bridge closure, you can easily reach all points of the city. Perfect breakfast, perfect rooms, beautiful view. The city is fabulous, great beers and food.

I booked three rooms in the hotel. The goal was specifically to have the hotel in the center of the city. The bridge next to the hotel was completely closed due to renovation. It would have been good if the hotel had informed us about this, because we would have organized our parking and transportation differently. Unfortunately, our car was also broken into in the P2 parking lot (probably they observed the traffic and copied the key's signal).

Amazing location, right next to the castles and the bridge. Our bedrooms looked right at the castles and the river. Our rooms were large size and clean with everything we needed. The restaurant food was delicious.

It’s in the busy pedestrian area (which was perfect for the village markets and absorbing the beautiful old town feeling) - but also means it’s a bit tricky to get to, with lots of bags. We had ‘MyDayTrip’ drop us off but our driver got a €20 fine from the local police. It seems only local taxis can get close to the hotel :)

wow, a perfect location right on the bottom of a river looking up at the Cesky Krumlov Castle. The location was right by the main wooden bridge. Crossing over to go up to the castle. we had the terrace room, which I highly recommend with a beautiful terrace looking over the river and the castle in the morning or night. The food was the food was exceptional. We had lunch dinner and breakfast the next day in the same place and the quality was phenomenal. finally, the staff was more than helpful Victor at the front desk accommodated everything that we needed. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wanting the perfect location in Cesky Krumlov.

We loved everything about our stay. The location is breathtaking, the staff were charming and the room was large and comfortable. We had a large terrace under the castle with unbeatable views.

I was worried parking would be an issue but it wasn’t at all. We parked in P1 and it was a very short walk to the hotel. Don’t let the parking situation scare you away.

Excellent location, being in the middle of the stunning fort and by the stream. Friendly staff especially Nella at the reception.

Very hard to get to the hotel if you drive. We parked at the Ruze hotel car park, walked to the Dvorak Hotel and spent 10 Euros on the taxi to go get our luggage in our car then back to the hotel. Reason being the city won't allow cars without special permit to enter the Old Town area. And it has to be after 3pm.

Lovely hotel with old world charm in a perfect location within the historical town of Cesky Krumlov. The views from our room were amazing, overlooking the river and the castle. Our room was large with a separate hallway and massive bathroom. Bed was comfy and everything was very clean.

The shower was actually a huge corner tub with a showerhead in it. No actual shower doors. Would have preferred an actual shower stall.

Everything. The location is great. I booked the room with castle view and the castle is just right in front of me looking out from the window. The bed is nice and very comfortable. I really feel relaxing staying there. Breakfast is also beyond expectation. The selection is not wide but everything taste delicious.
