Ease of access (access codes and clear instructions supplied beforehand), comfort (warm spacious and super cute room including heated towel railings in the bathroom) and location within the castle complex. Walking distance to everything.

The walk from the train station to the town is mainly over cobblestone roads and pavements which is difficult if you are using a wheeled suitcase. It’s more than doable, just noisy and cumbersome. I recommend arriving and departing by private transport or by bus as the distance to the bus station, whilst also a bit difficult over the cobblestones, is shorter.

This cute apartment is awesome - located in a nicely renovated structure originating in 1572 (quaint and charming), right beside the castle and in the perfect location for visiting Cesky Krumlov. It has everything we needed -good heating but extra pillows and blankets just in case, teapot, and even refrigerator. The views of the church and castle tower left us not even turning on the TV. So much to do in this great town. And Petr was great to communicate well and provide all information to make check-in and out easy and convenient. Gave great restaurant recommendations too. Highly recommend!

That we couldn’t stay longer.

Perfect for all shopping sight seeing restaurants fresh air and smiling faces witch czech have anyway being of czech hertirage father born south morvia have three generations and more of cousins i connect with every time im in czech three times so for i loved cesky krumlov and ceske budijinove and the food scenery cant get enough of it all waking up to all of this again and again its beautiful and puts a smile on my faces every time i walk out of the apartment

- big, clean, warm room - towels, toiletries & tea/coffee provided - clean bathroom, good shower - comfortable bed - excellent location - easy, contactless check in - staff were quick to respond to questions by text - lots of parking available, clear instructions to find it

- although parking was easy, it was far from the hotel (approx 500m) with lots of cobbled paths and stairs. We decided to leave our suitcases in the car and just take a rucksack of essentials to the room as we were only staying for one night. There was no option to drop cases near the property then park (that we were made aware of).

Very central location, called ahead and was given great guidance on best gas station and where to change money, our room was spacious clean and very comfortable. Parking is a brief but pleasant walk and remember this is a little European village and you will enjoy it much more if you don’t shlep your giant suitcases meant for NYC hotel porters and elevators.

Truly nothing, it was just as hoped

The place is excellenet, you are in the very center, easily accessible everything.

The parking place was icy, not cleaned. It turned out that our banknotes were old, meanwhile they changed them. Since they do not accept credit cards, we had to go and find somewhere an ATM to withdraw some money. Our apartment was on the 2nd? floor, narrow stairs. We could manage it, but it was not clear when booked.

Location is exceptional, steps down from the Castle. Top floor room, lots of windows & light, very nice views. Lots of open floor space. Clean, comfortable beds, well lit, very nice bathroom. Checkin and access was very easy.

Room is top floor, and ceiling is slanted.... also a large beam and posts near bed. One must be careful walking around and getting in/out of bed, not to bump one's head.

The apartman was cozy, beautifully decorated, and very well-equipped. It had a unique charm and character in the absolute center of town. Everything was spotlessly clean. Staff was friendly.

There was no kitchen, but it has a lovely coffe spot.

Perfect location on the steps leading up to the castle, friendly and helpful family management, very clean and towels changed daily, comfortable rooms with everything you need.

Just note that there is no breakfast available, but there are a few places nearby that serve breakfast.

Extremely cosy, sophisticated accommodation in the Old Town. The owners are also very nice and helpful, thank you very much for the serving.
