This pittoresque city is a MUST DO! and this 4 star property is giving the service at the level of à 5 star. I was impressed by the attention, the level of detail, the care of the personal… thé stay was just AMAZING! This is also the best located if we come by car to access the hôtel. The receptionist is the best ☺️

Lack of air conditioning but did not feel hot. I slept window opened and it was perfect.

Very good location.

The heat was way too much in the room and we didn’t know that you can actually switch it off. They don’t tell you and expect you to find out yourself. We were sweaty and had to open the window, then noise from cars passing through all night long and we were awake most of the night.

Perfect hotel in such a beautiful town. The receptionists are greatly professional, and Ms. Louie is very friendly and indeed cares a lot about the guests. The hotel looks great with a traditional decoration style and the shower lotion and the shampoo are in L'OCCITANE! The streat view is marvelous and the breakfast place is very unique. I will definitely visit here again next time!

Breakfast was excellent. The hotel room and bathroom were comfortable and clean. Staff was very good and supportive.

The hotel provided a fan for use in the hot summer but this was not adequate as it was very hot during this time. There also were not enough plug points in the room plug in the fan or surfaces to place the fan.

The staff - receptionists, waiters and even cleaning ladies - were absolutely amazing, very helpful, professional and friendly! Everything was perfect, I must say the stay exceeded our expectations and we had a wonderful time. The bed was super comfortable with 2 pillows, the room was spacious just enough, clean and full of light. We also had a wonderful breakfast in the morning with a wide range of everything you can think of. Really happy with our choice of accommodation!

The location was in the center and close to shops and main Krumlov attractions. The Hotel was clean and had a good breakfast. Employees politeness on the breakfast room was very warm, the street views during breakfast. Public parking (P2), payed, around 200m from the Hotel, not covered but carefully cleaned by snow tractors.

The room view was not good, close to another wall and a small window... and the bed felt very spongy, when we layed down on bed, we were stuck. Not the best mattress.

Lovely hotel just on outskirts of the old town and super close to the castle (2min walk). We stayed across 2 rooms with 2 teenage children. The hotel is all about luxury and daily buffet breakfast totally worth it. The staff at reception were so polite and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Very good, professional staff. Exceptional cleanliness and very new interior and the exterior of the hotel also looked nice. Good coffee machine. The hotel is close to the center.

There was no special view, just the courtyard in the window but it was enough for a short stay. Not sure if sufficient parking would be provided by the hotel, we found parking separately because parking availability for this place wasn’t mentioned on booking.

The entire staff were so warm and welcoming. Louie was particularly kind and helpful throughout. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms spotless, the breakfast was fresh and delicious. Our favourite hotel on our two tour around Eastern Europe. We would love to go back.

The staff Louie is exceptionally good, cheerful and always there to offer her assistance whenever she is at the reception desk. Besides, the hotel location is good and the environment is clean. Lastly, the breakfast quality and choices are also excellent.
