Location was perfect. Super accessible and was right in the heart of the town. Everywhere around the hotel was the beauty of Cesky Krumlov and it also felt super safe. The room assigned to us was spacious for 3 people. There was also a dining area where you can eat, microwave and store your food. There were fruits, coffee, tea free to take. Our host Vaclac was very helpful from the time he picked us up from the train station to when he drove us to the bus station when we left. All in all a wonderful experience.

The location is amazing, directly in the center of Cesky Krumlov. It is like 7 minutes walk from the P3, where we parked. The hotel will come and pick you up from P3, if you come with the car and charge the parking fee to the room. The hotel owner is very friendly. In the hotel there’s a public area, where there’s water, instant coffee, tea and some fruits for free. The room is clean, nicely decorated, very cozy.

Because it is directly in the center, it is very loud at night.. people hanging out directly under the window till late night, cars driving by from very early in the morning (I assume at 6am??)and everyday at 7am the unbelievably long bell rings from the church …….. in the room there are eat plugs to use.. but they didn’t really help.

Everything was wonderful, very friendly owner who took us to and from the parking lot without any problem and described the city to us. Fresh fruit, water, tea, coffee and pastries are always available in the common area of ​​the accommodation. Considering that you are staying in a very old house (in winter), the room was pleasantly warm and everything was very clean. We highly recommend staying here.

The room is definitely spacious enough and definitely worth the value of money! Convenient location given that Cesky Krumlov is not too big to begin with. Appreciate the suggestion of food and location for bus stop by the host even before I check in. Easier to communicate over WhatsApp as well, so highly recommend people who want to reach out use WhatsApp. Overall, it has been a lovely stay! Thank you!

Great geographic location! Charming little "pension" with great character and very friendly very helpful host. Communal kitchen stocked with fresh fruit. Refrigerator stocked with basic slices of meat and cheese and bread for sandwiches. Cream for coffee.

Town clock tower chime quite a bit....from 6 am til midnight. This certainly isn't the only local hotel that is within earshot of the bells... there are many. But thought I'd warn travelers that it is an issue. Earplugs helped our second night. You will also hear cars/ trucks outside passing by on the cobbled streets... not so much at night... but definitely early morning (deliveries I suppose) Again.... use earplugs. And... as mentioned....other nearby roadside hotels/ pensiones/hostels in town will have same issues.

This was a fabulous place to explode the Old town of cesky kromluv. Walk to every thing. They were incredibly helpful with booking our car into a car park then picking us up with luggage taking us to our room and when we left the same great service. Add on the wonderful little terrace right next to our room. Bohemia restaurant at your door that gave 10%, discount to guests (just make sure you have cash here). Little kitchen tables with brochures baskets of fresh fruit and a fridge with milk also to put guests bits (we had our yoghurt etc for breakfast) tea coffee cups plates cutlery. And excellent price. Win win. 🏆🏆🏆

This is the best location in Krumlov. I was worried because it was about 1km away from the bus terminal, but as soon as I got off the bus, the host was looking for me with my name. Thank you so much. It's a little old building, so the floor is a little creaky, but the rooms are so clean. Breakfast was not provided, but the fruit and tea service placed on the common living room was also very good. It's just the best hotel ever.

Grand location! We were picked up at the parking lot and driven to the hotel. The room was awesome and we were constantly given free fresh fruits, bottled water and tea/nescafé. We were really happy there! If you're wondering if this is where you should stay in C.K, well, the answer is a big, fat YES!

We loved the personal touches of this family run hotel, the owner was very friendly and went out of his way to make us feel at home. It was beautiful big unique room with charm, the sort of place you look back and remember fondly. Free tea/coffee/water/fruit. Central location. Hot shower with good pressure. Great hair dryer.

The hotel is so clean, and always with fresh and delicious fruits in the table for free. I enjoyed staying in the balcony with the great view. I still remember Mr. Vaclav, he is so helpful and friendly-he is amazing. Until the end of the day he help us to get into the bus going to Austria. The location is perfect - walking distance from all of the tourist spots. This hotel is highly recommended.
