Excellent apart-hotel — everything was top-notch! We were absolutely delighted with our stay! The contact person was amazing — very responsive, friendly, and helpful with everything we needed. He even gave us a little tour of the apartment, showing and explaining where everything was. That was a really nice touch! The apartment itself was a dream: bright, spacious, exceptionally clean, and fully equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of — from appliances to kitchenware and small conveniences. The overall quality and service were way above what we’ve experienced in most other places. The location is also great — everything is close by and easy to reach. In short, everything we could possibly need was there. We definitely recommend this place and would love to come back again!

I'm delighted by my choice of accommodation. It exceeded my expectations! Terrific location..a cozy, neat, and comfortable room. Also with so much aesthetic attached to it! Every square foot of space is well utilised and planned extremely well. The electrical socket is a discreet part of the bedside table. No wires stretching across the room to charge the phone..Brilliant! A small balcony opened out to gorgeous views of the town. The bathroom was so very neat and had all the provisions one could possible need. Much thought has gone into creating that lovely space that I was unhappy to leave. And the host is a fine young lad..Miroslav, you've got a marvelous place going. Thank you for being a helpful and kind host. I'll be sure to recommend your place to EVERYONE.

Leaving the apartment after less than 24 hours.

The attic room has a balcony with spectacular castle and rooftop views. It’s a small, odd room with the bed under eaves but very efficiently organized. It felt like living in history as the building is from the 16th Century! We had no problem climbing the steps to the attic room but Booling.com should make clear that anyone who has trouble doing so should not stay at this place. Again, we loved it!

Great location within the downtown area and a short walk to anywhere of interest. The host was very friendly and helpful. It was a nice size room to accommodate family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). The room was neat and well kept. And the overall price was affordable.

There was no on site parking available. Closest parking (very affordable) was about a 7-10 min walk. Not bad if you are traveling light, but you cross cobblestone streets and wood plank bridges. So, wheeled suitcases can take a beating. Overall, not a big deal just a minor inconvenience.

Excellent check-in with key box possible, comfortable, above all clean, large room, comfortable bed, there was even a small fridge, perfect location in the center, parking 5 minutes walk away P3, cost for 1 day 360 Czech crowns, very friendly communication , would book the room again at any time

Everything was alright. Only 2 small points of criticism, but that's complaining at a high level. There was a small trash can in the bathroom. Another trash can in the room itself might have been nice. We couldn't regulate the heating.

Very centrally located. We wanted an older original type facility and that is Bile Pani. The owner/ reception man took our luggage up to the top floor which was a blessing. Tiny room but clean, nice bathroom, cute little balcony.

No one was around much. Without help, we could not have navigated the stairs with luggage. Needed to know to supply our own shampoo, etc.

This beautiful family run accomodation in the centre of Cesky Krumlov was amazing and we had a wonderful time with our family. There was plenty of space for two adults and three teenagers. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment is really nicely finished. The location is outstanding and we had views to the Castle from our loft bedroom upstairs. The hosts were very helpful and kind too.

The only thing I didn’t like was that we had to leave!

Ubytování u BÍLÉ PANÍ was amazing! My mom and I rented the "Large Two-Bedroom Apartment" during the weekend of the St. Wenceslas Celebrations in Český Krumlov. The room was bright, spacious, and very clean. The location was excellent. Within 5 minutes walk you can be at the main square, many restaurants, and more - and within 15 minutes walk you can be at most of the main sights in the small city. Our room had a great view overlooking the street, but what really impressed me was how well the windows blocked out all of the noise from the street. Our host, Miroslav, was great as well. He helped to carry my mom's heavy luggage to and from our room, and on the morning that we departed, he made breakfast according to our schedule, so we had time to eat. Oh, and the beds, pillows, and the couch were all very comfortable! We were sad to leave!

You will need to go up a few flights of stairs to reach the rooms. (It wasn't a problem for me, but it might be for others.) The key situation can also make it tricky to easily come-and-go. There are three doors which you have to unlock and then lock behind you using the key.

Excellent location, very spacious and comfortable, decorated with taste. The apartment also had AC, which would be useful during the summer months, particularly if you couldn't open the windows due to loud tourists walking past. Very friendly service. Coffee Tea and breakfast cereals were provided. A great stay.

Perfect location, just off the main square. Loved my attic room with a small balcony. The bed, pillows and bedding were very comfortable. Everything was clean, and nicely presented. Miroslav was a good host, with lovely manners. I would stay here again, and would recommend this accommodation.
