The hotel is an easy 15 minutes or so walk from the railway station, and situated right on the main square of the city. Check-in and check-out were quick and efficient. The beds were comfortable, the room was nicely furnished, the air conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was modern. Good variety at breakfast. The hotel restaurant on the ground floor has plenty of outdoor seating in the summer and it was nice to sit for a last drink before bed and enjoy the view of the pretty buildings surrounding the square.

Not enough space for everyone at breakfast; we had to share a table on the second day.

Nice, old-fashioned hotel by the beautiful, old square with pleasant surroundings. We had two rooms, both very clean. One room was on the front side with a view of the square and was fantastic! The other room faced a back street and was located at the attic floor. It was dull and disturbed by the neighbouring room. There is a nice restaurant on the ground floor with outdoor seating. The hotel has parking, which was convenient for us. We booked the parking in advance.

One of our two rooms was quite dreary and disturbed by the neighbours (the other room, on the other hand, was very good). The staff neural and quite unengaged. Breakfast room crowded and hectic.

Everything. The view was spectacular of the town square. The breakfast selection was great and the atmosphere and service as well. The front desk personnel were knowledgeable helpful. The parking was unusual because it used an elevator in its secure parking garage, but it functions well. We were impressed with the hospitable staff in the dining room as well as in other parts of the hotel.

No negative comments.

Room was large and clean, beds were comfortable, space was recently upgraded. Morning breakfast included provided variety of options. Our room had a hot plate small fridge. Loved the mix of history and modern. Close to everything.

Fridge was extremely small, wasn’t enough room for refreshments and leftovers. Limited food options for guests that were vegetarian or vegan.

Beautiful hotel, large room was great. A little hot with just the 2 fans. Breakfast and breakfast room itself were great. REALLY wish I had bought some of the cute pottery that was in the casing. Held off till Prague and was disappointed that I couldn't find anything as unique.

In my 10 days away from home there was only one hotel person who was a little short because I didn't know the language and that was the morning of my stay. I get it . It must get tiring but I tried always to understand.

Amazing experience - rooms are extremely spacious and spotlessly clean; the breakfast is amazing, with many delicious local foods; the location could not be any better. The rooms with view to the central square are perfect - if you are going near Christmas, the view to the Christmas Market is just MAGICAL - it is surreal how beautiful it is. I highly recommend this hotel!!

Only down side was that it took a while for the water to get warm in the shower, which is a little inconvenient during winter. However, the bathroom was very good, even having heated floor.

First of all the location! Right on the main square. Close to where we wanted to be. The room was tastefully decorated in rich brocade fabrics and colours, gold , burgundy, carpeting. There were free toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, a coffee tray, and a fridge. The breakfast buffet was an appreciated perk, with so much variety: breakfast cereals, hot buffet items, meats and cheeses, a variety of fruits snd vegetables, little cakes, fruit juice snd sn amazing coffee and tea station. Thank you. The staff let us store our luggsge before our check in time, and called us s taxi when we needed one. Thank you for a lovely stay!

The room we booked was a budget room, so we did not have any view all, but that was okay. There were several rooms on the square, if one wished to pay more.

The hotel was directly at the main plaza, giving it a great location and making it possible to walk anywhere in the city center on foot no problem. Furthermore the rooms were quite spaceous and the beds comfortable. I would say price wise it was fair.

The only unfortunate situation is that the parking spaces in front of the hotel are owned by the city and therefore cost money to park on. Otherwise we didn't experience any issues.

Location was perfect for spending time at the Christmas Market and everything was walkable. Spacious family room was very comfortable. On-site parking convenient but expensive.

Breakfast was fine but not impressive. Eggs were very watery. Bathroom fan was disturbingly loud!

It was a great experience, not amazing but still great, and the main view directly to the Christmas Market from our window during the night was sensational! It is not new, but overall we had a comfortable stay and will definitely come back anytime soon!

Nothing really big to complain, only several small room damages but will never affect your stay or disturb the experience you will have by booking this Hotel.
