The place doesn't provide breakfast but there was a fully equipped kitchen in our room (it wasn't there before so we didn't plan to cook, but if we were to return we would plan for that at least for breakfast I think). The room we booked - the medieval-looking one with the stone floor and huge old wooden rafters and beams - was spacious and light, the bathroom spotless. The bed was super soft. The location is awesome, with a huge garden and a great view. The garden was all in bloom at this season. There is a big trampoline and some kiddy badminton rackets and a football, so the children have something to do outside, but there are also lounge chairs and small tables and a coffee-making room by the terrace. The terrace would be perfect for having breakfast in the morning!

I can't think of anything. We have been staying here for the 3d time and I think we will return again. This place is popular, and it's worth it.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was fantastic, and incredibly spacious area with a huge bathroom with a bathtub and shower. In particular we came in September and it got quite cold in the evening and were able to turn on the heating and really get the perfect cozy atmosphere. Incredible stay, highly recommended if you are staying with children as you can get all the privacy and space you need. to top it all off the garden view was absolutely incredible. Hosts were extremely helpful and showed us all the amenities and recommended excellent places for dinner and breakfast nearby. Very close to the castle and reasonably close to the nearby parking.

I liked everything. The apartment totally exceeded my expectations. The apartment is very big. we had apartment of 4 and apartment of 2. On the backyard it is a huge garden where they grow raspberry, apples' grapes and more fruits. The kids can play football there, badminton and there is a sitting area and trampoline. The apartment is right in the center of the old city and close to everything. The hosts were super friendly and kind The city is also very beautiful and we enjoyed our stay

You have to park outside of the old city about 5 min walk.(we parked at P2 parking with a ticket we got from the owner)

The garden was excellent. It was spacious, you can pick fruits and there is a tiny relax area with tea and coffee whenever you want. Location was excellent - middle of the city, off to a side street, yet quiet and cozy. Very friendly staff and great vibes of the room. Room itself was very spacious with a rustic feel.

No breakfast - not an issue given the breakfast places within a minutes walk. There is no aircon, only fan, so on heat wave days must get a bit hot.

What an amazing place! Dream location (one of the few B&B in the middle of the old town with a huge garden). Half a block away from the Main Street yet super calm - no noise whatsoever, ultra relaxing. The room are stylish, super designed, very comfortable. There a breakfast / relaxation room with drinks and some snacks for self-service at cost (but large assortment at reasonable prices. Honestly a unique experience that I will certainly recommend to F&F… It’s an ideal spot were you can stay 1 week just to relax away from your hectic lifestyle… everything is thought for DYI (access, etc) without any frictions.

The location, right in heart of town. A beautiful garden, drinks and snacks available using an honesty system, tea and coffee complimentary all day. Think about luggage as it’s a 5 min walk (part way) over cobbled streets. We didn’t want to annoy locals by wheeling the bags.

Rooms aren’t serviced (which is not a problem at all) so the complimentary coffee pod is only for one night. It was so tasty we would have like to have enjoyed it each morning. 😁

Very beautiful historical building and wonderful garden. Very large room, comfortable beds, classy decoration. Great location, calm and confidential.

It is more a Airbnb than a hotel. You do not have staff regularly there, not room service, or breakfast. There are basic drinks and snacks available in a common room, and many bars and restaurants nearby. Although we truly liked to stay there, it seems a bit overpriced.

Perfect location—easy walk to all attractions, yet quiet in a quiet alley. Beautiful, well-maintained house and garden—even better than the photos. Very clean room, modern bathroom with stable water temperature and pressure. Helpful staff, great with luggage and transport. We appreciated staff Kristian’s advice on attractions— night view of the town and castle unforgettable

Excellent location, very clean and with a wonderful inside garden. One of the owners welcomed us, she was very helpful and friendly. She also gave us a map and explained us where to go, what to do, gave us restaurants and bar recommendations that ease our stay. The access to the main door was electric and easy to go in and out in the night. The best bar of the city and good breakfast and restaurant bars are just 2 minutes away (walking distance).

It was almost perfect. Just one of the rooms in the upper level have a high window in the toilet area that gave to the corridor, no one could see inside but of course not ideal. The courtains were not black out so the day light came early.

Bedroom and kitchen were lovely, modern but keeping in touch with the quaintness of Cesky Krumlov. Lovely to have a ‘relax zone’ with coffee and amenities. Eva was very welcoming and thorough in showing us around

Bathroom was slightly dated in comparison with the rest of the room. There was a cleaning towel left in the shower when we arrived but there wasn’t any inconvenience in this at all.
