The place doesn't provide breakfast but there was a fully equipped kitchen in our room (it wasn't there before so we didn't plan to cook, but if we were to return we would plan for that at least for breakfast I think). The room we booked - the medieval-looking one with the stone floor and huge old wooden rafters and beams - was spacious and light, the bathroom spotless. The bed was super soft. The location is awesome, with a huge garden and a great view. The garden was all in bloom at this season. There is a big trampoline and some kiddy badminton rackets and a football, so the children have something to do outside, but there are also lounge chairs and small tables and a coffee-making room by the terrace. The terrace would be perfect for having breakfast in the morning!

I can't think of anything. We have been staying here for the 3d time and I think we will return again. This place is popular, and it's worth it.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite and it was fantastic, and incredibly spacious area with a huge bathroom with a bathtub and shower. In particular we came in September and it got quite cold in the evening and were able to turn on the heating and really get the perfect cozy atmosphere. Incredible stay, highly recommended if you are staying with children as you can get all the privacy and space you need. to top it all off the garden view was absolutely incredible. Hosts were extremely helpful and showed us all the amenities and recommended excellent places for dinner and breakfast nearby. Very close to the castle and reasonably close to the nearby parking.

I liked everything. The apartment totally exceeded my expectations. The apartment is very big. we had apartment of 4 and apartment of 2. On the backyard it is a huge garden where they grow raspberry, apples' grapes and more fruits. The kids can play football there, badminton and there is a sitting area and trampoline. The apartment is right in the center of the old city and close to everything. The hosts were super friendly and kind The city is also very beautiful and we enjoyed our stay

You have to park outside of the old city about 5 min walk.(we parked at P2 parking with a ticket we got from the owner)

What an amazing place! Dream location (one of the few B&B in the middle of the old town with a huge garden). Half a block away from the Main Street yet super calm - no noise whatsoever, ultra relaxing. The room are stylish, super designed, very comfortable. There a breakfast / relaxation room with drinks and some snacks for self-service at cost (but large assortment at reasonable prices. Honestly a unique experience that I will certainly recommend to F&F… It’s an ideal spot were you can stay 1 week just to relax away from your hectic lifestyle… everything is thought for DYI (access, etc) without any frictions.

Everything was great!

Excellent location, very clean and with a wonderful inside garden. One of the owners welcomed us, she was very helpful and friendly. She also gave us a map and explained us where to go, what to do, gave us restaurants and bar recommendations that ease our stay. The access to the main door was electric and easy to go in and out in the night. The best bar of the city and good breakfast and restaurant bars are just 2 minutes away (walking distance).

It was almost perfect. Just one of the rooms in the upper level have a high window in the toilet area that gave to the corridor, no one could see inside but of course not ideal. The courtains were not black out so the day light came early.

Great location, very quiet room, super comfortable bed, and very friendly staff... + extra bonus access to diney+ on the TV, which the kids enjoyed after coming back from long walks :) Booking site made a mistake and offered us the room for 4 people, when it's in fact supposed to be only for 3, so when we arrived, one bed was missing for one of the children. They very nicely found a solution and added an extra bed for free. That was very appreciated!

The automatic light in the corridor that went on each time someone goes to the toilets at night... would be better to replace it with a regular switch. Tha bathroom looks like it needs some renovation.

The guesthouse is in a beautiful old building with a big, beautiful garden. My room was cozy and the bed was really good. The location is perfect. Right by everything, yet quiet. The host was super nice and gave me very good recommendations for places to eat at. Orangerie is the perfect place to stay and relax when you´re on holiday. And don´t miss out on Cesky Krumlov. A gem! I hope to come again one day.

Our family of five (two teenagers and a tween) stayed at the Orangerie for two nights, which gave us plenty of time to explore CK in the evenings after many of the big tour coaches had left. The location is great -- the Orangerie is in the heart of Cesky Krumlov and is walking distance to everything, including the Graphite Mine (plus: fun train ride; minus if you don't speak Czech: tours only in Czech). Eva and Kristian are super friendly and helpful; they communicated quickly before and during our stay, gave great restaurant recommendations, let us know the castle is open for exploration all night (this excursion was a highlight for our family), and organized a taxi to the train station at the end of the trip, saving us a long walk up a steep hill -- doable... without luggage. :D We had 2 very spacious rooms. Both were clean and airy, with big windows and lovely views, as well as coffee makers and mini-fridges. The property has a huge garden with fruit trees, swings, and plenty of space to kick around the soccer balls and throw frisbees (provided) -- this was a very welcome respite for our kids, who had been very good sports about being dragged to cathedrals and art museums. We had a wonderful time at the Orangerie!

The most charming accomodation in Český Krumlov! The host Eva was so friendly and helpful. She gave us so many helpful recommendations for restaurants, bars and things to do. The rooms were really large, super clean, very comfortable and beautifully decorated. Great location not far from the car park (as the main city is pedestrian access only). Would love to come and stay again!

The location is fantastic and the host Eva was extremely helpful and cooperative. It felt very personal and hospitable. All of her recommendations were spot on!

It got quite warm in the night and there was no way to bring down the temperature. A common area with a fireplace and library of books and games would be a very good addition. Though we had no complaints at all for our stay and would highly recommend the property.
