Lovely, clean and spacious room, with a view of the river and town. Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great. I loved the hot breakfast as scrambled eggs were freshly cooked (not dried out as usually occurs in hotels) and bacon was crispy. Nice selection of fruit, pastries, meats, cheeses etc.

Nothing. Note for future guests. It’s about 2km walk from train station, along cobbled streets that get rougher the further you go. If you’ve got heavy luggage that you have to wheel, do yourself a favour and book a taxi. If you don’t know how to do that, ask the hotel for assistance.

A wonderful property with friendly service and a speedy elevator to our pristine room. Location was nearby literally everything - walking distance to any number of restaurants. Our receptionist was able to show us how to get directly to the property using Waze as Google Maps does not do the job. Breakfast (included) was wonderful with all the thing you would expect.

Sadly, getting to the hotel without any clues was very difficult. Waze did the job. Something that booking.com didn't mention is that vehicles aren't allowed between certain dates (yes, we were in between). There is a sister property that has a "deal" for hotel guest, but it has to be paid for by the person at the hotel before arriving at the restaurant. This was not explained to us. Also, the menu said beer, but there was none.

Simple rooms in a very central location! The rooms were clean and surprisingly big. The staff were very kind and helpful. Breakfast was very standard but there was a choice for everyone.

Getting there by car is a bit tricky, Google maps gets confused so we had to call the staff for directions. There is parking outside the hotel, but getting there involves driving through old town which is very tricky. If you can travel without a car, it's very simple (we couldn't due to my family members with mobility issues, but the hotel is very accessible!)

Room is clean, the bed is comfy nice view. The room was preserve in classic way but the clealiness make it a good place to stay. The breakfast is good enough to kick off in the morning. The location is good but not the best you can explore around and get to town center easily.

It's a long way from Bus station so be careful if you are traveling with big or heavy luggages or you will have to drag it along the rough road for about 2 km. So use a taxi if you didn't come for hiking (book with hotel is the best as no bolts or uber etc.).

Great location, friendly and helpful staff

1)There was a coffee machine with 3 capsules, when we arrived, no milk. We tried it first morning, but was impossible to drink it without the milk. During 3 days nobody refills it. 2)In the bathroom is the shower head was opposite the end of the shower screen. It’s was hard for my 190 cm tall husband not to make mess on the floor. So I don’t think the picture in the bathroom is the problem for flooding, probably is position of shower is.

Breakfast and facilities were great

Arrived at Ceske Krumlov to find there was no entry to cars and needed to park on the outskirts. We then had to pull our cases across unmade pathways to find the hotel for ourselves . At the entrance of the city walls we were made to pay for tickets into the city as there was a pageant going on that weekend. Not having any knowledge of the streets (despite google and asking locals) we were nearly 2 hours locating the hotel.

The room is quite big for us, it is clean and has enough facilities. We reserve the room with river view which is a great for us to enjoy the view from the room, we love it, the bed is good and comfy yet it is a bit soft for us. The breakfast is very good and has a lot of food to choose with a smooth coffee to enjoy. The staffs are friendly and kind, make the check in easily. A long the way to the hotel is as the same as every street of Czech, big rocks, small rocks, big gap of rock, narrow gap of rock, for us to roll our big luggage happyly ??? T ___ T

From bus station, the shortest way to the hotel is going down stair on the left side next to the bridge which we have to carry our big luggage for 94 steps for down stair to reach and again up stair to leave. T ____ T

The hotel is in a quiet area and well located for sightseeing. The balcony offered a beautiful view of the castle and the river, which made the stay feel special. Breakfast was tasty, and although there were many group tourists, the staff made every effort to quickly arrange a seat for me and were very considerate.

It would have been better if I had been informed in advance that a tour group would be using the breakfast room.

Hotel Mlýn is very well located in the centre of Český Krumlov. It is perfect to explore the little town that was one of the best place we have visited in Czech Republic, definitely a "must see". There is a beautiful castle (the 2nd largest of Czech Republic), and it is nice to stroll along the Vltava River where nice cafes and bars are located. The breakfast was very nice, including typical Czech food and also continental food. The staff is very friendly. Because of its location, you will need to ask the hotel to get a place in their parking and then drive through the pedestrian area that can be very busy. This will cost a little extra fee (300 Cz kroner in total) for parking and pedestrian area crossing but it is worth.

Great location, near the entrance of the town, have elevator , use room card for safety. Escalate my room to river view, great experience, if your budget allows, please book the river view room, you can hear the river to sleep and see people boating in front of your window. Great receptionist, allow me to checkout 1 hour later, help a lot because my bus is around 12:50. Great breakfast, I eat almost 2hours, different variety. From 7-10am. Eat by the river window !

Location, have a very very very long staircase, from the town entrance to the hotel. Difficult to carry luggage.
