Easy self check-in. Coffee was available at all times in the kitchen, the communal terrace has a beautiful view of the stream and town.

A bit difficult to get in contact with owners, had to send messages through check-in platform, booking platform, email, finally a response came through WhatsApp. They were friendly and forthcoming once they did respond Contrary to an email that we received, there were no breakfast packets that were said to be delivered to our door, they had sent us wrong information.

The location was perfect, steps to everything but quiet. Easy self-check in. 24/7 coffee/tea in a communal kitchen was a bonus. Comfortable beds and a hot shower. Beautiful view from balcony. Would stay again.

Little to no WiFi and no English TV. I know you shouldn't be watching TV in such a beautiful town but we had a lot of rain. Basically, no WiFi makes travel difficult.

Very clean and the beds were very comfortable, we slept through the night. Convenient location and a nice river view on the balcony! The communal kitchen was well-equipped. Luggage drop-off before check-in and after check-out available.

Nothing really, just wish there were toiletries (like shampoo and body soap), but we brought some anyway so no issues.

the location is good, just outside the pedestrian zone and you can park at the front door to unload the belongings before going for a parking lot which is very close to the property

the front door need key for lock so you need to pay attention to the right sequence when you put all the keys back when you leave.

The location was really nice, it's not that far from the castle as well as other places you can visit. For example Regional Museum, Museum of Torture, Wax Museum. The room is spacious and has everything you need for your stay

Location is perfect and the beds are very comfortable.

The water didn't flow down in the tap of the bath room. There were no soap or shower gel, werent even a place where you could put yours.

I liked everything i was happy to spend that money on teddy I enjoy the morning coffee and the tea they provide and also the kitchen is amazing and it was a big surprise for me!

I would prefer that the money includes some breakfast...

Self check in with clear instructions. Really clean and in a nice quiet location. No toiletries provided but I read someone else’s review and brought my own.

Spacious room. Since it is close to bus terminal, if you travel by bus, baggage can be kept there.

Distance to the town center. They don't have people there after 3pm every day, so baggage cannot be kept with hostel on departure day if you leave later than 3pm.

room didn’t provide bottle of water or cooking kettle for hot water, downstairs share kitchen provide water boiling facility but look’s dirty should keep clean and using kettle cleaner power. room quite cold I think it’s close to riverside. in room don’t have trash can only toilet have.
