This hotel is a gem! The location in the heart of the old city center is unbeatable, and the staff's friendliness made my stay even better. The rooms are stylish, the mattress was incredibly comfortable, and the air conditioning was much appreciated. Having the P2 parking lot within a 2-minute walk was super convenient.

The breakfast selection was rather limited. And steer clear of the "Depo" restaurant they recommended – it was a terrible experience.

The hotel was really nice, and the facilities were good, the breakfast was fresh and good. Perfect place to stay near public parking 100 meters from there (there were stairs to climb to get fra parkinglot to hotel, so don't bring heavy suitcases). The staff was helpful and friendly

I did not like that we got a room on the second floor and there were only stairs (and steapy ones too) to get all the way up there. And that even though it seemed that the hotel wasn't totally sold out, and we had booked the room 4 months before.

The very very sweet staff, the best location at the entrance of the old city, the quality of the food and its good taste and the very nice and wooden room and the good and modern bathroom. A very romantic vacation especially due to the nice staff and welcoming reception. Also the lady at the breakfast was very responsible and gave us gluten free bread every morning. The best hotel in Česky Krumlov due to its atmosphere.

Breakfast is very yummy and lots of variety to choose! The interior design of the whole place has a very nice vibe, the stairs, the decoration, the corner, you would like to look around everywhere! The staff there helped us to get a taxi to the train station, very helpful and friendly.

Because it is a historical architecture, the sound proof is not that great, but we should all be respectful to each other's peace and quiet.

The breakfast was great. The staff were also replenishing the food very quickly as necessary. The checkin experience and communication with the staff was super easy. No issues at all. The hotel is in a fantastic location.

No milk in the room for coffee but we went downstairs to ask the staff member at reception and she was nice enough to get us some.

First of all, we liked the very friendly and helpful staff. Then the location of the hotel is also perfect, we had a lovely view from the window and the vibe of the hotel was generally very cosy - not like a big chain hotel.

No vegan options for breakfast and very few vegetarian options. This could be changed by including some plant-based milks, dairy alternatives and more fresh vegetables.

Great location. Parked in P2 public parking (can pay by card) and it's an easy walk to the hotel with one flight of stairs. No need to drive into the old town on narrow streets. We loved the restaurant/beer hall Depo next door for drinks and food. Comfortable room, friendly staff, good breakfast spread.

Starting with Csesky Krumlov, a place not to be missed, continuing with the nicest receptionist ever, and ending with the amazing 2 bedroom apartment: modern, air conditioned, quiet. Best location. Lift. Excellent restaurant next door.we stayed for one more night.

We had a problem entering the hotel on the third night. The key didn't work. Luckily the manager of the restaurant helped us by calling the hotel people. Don't forget to take the direct phone of someone who can help you after 8.00 For me, the room is not dark enough at night. But I still think that you shouldn't miss this gem.

Location was really good as not far from parking area and ideal for easy access to castle and centre. It took a little while to figure out the route from the car park, so it would have been good for the hotel to have supplied the route. It was only a very short distance so once we knew the direction it was easy.

I cannot think of anything we disliked, maybe a small issue would be that the hot breakfast had a few more choices, but sausage, scramble egg and beans was more than adequate when you also had a lot of cold choices.

Great Location in Old Town. Two minute walk to the castle and resturants very close. Staff was very helpful and the room was very clean and spacious. We would love to stay here again on a future visit.
