1/ The hotel is right in the city center. 2/ The breakfast was excellent. 3/ The rooms are spacious and clean. 4/ The staff was friendly and easy to deal with.

1/ The hotel is overpriced for what it offers. 2/ There is a funny smell from the kitchen all way up on the stairs, but it fortunately does not enter the rooms. 3/ There is no lift. 4/ there are not enough parking places.

The staff was very friendly. We asked to change rooms because the room we got had no blackout curtains and the sunrise is early this time of the year. They changed it happily and immediately, giving us a larger room with a sparkling clean bathroom and a comfy bed. Breakfast was good. The green façade covered with vines is charming.

The room had an AC, but not in the bedroom. The balnkets were too thick for the hot weather, even at night, and it was too hot all night long.

The location is superb, the breakfast great too, though it isn't the biggest selection. Everything was clean, looked good, and in the room, we found everything we could need.

The only thing we could criticise was the super hard matres that wasn't comfortable, but that is a personal preference I guess.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and spacious with hair dryer in the bathroom. Also there was a small fridge(payed minibar) and an electric kettle with cups in the room, several tea bags and coffee 3in1 sticks for free. Breakfast was rich and delicious and there were chairs for children. Location is perfect, just in historical center of Jicin, very convenient start point for Prachovske Skaly visit. Small but free parking. We stayed with 1.5 year child, there were absolutely no problems. One of the best hotels in CR in this price category which we have ever visited.

Delicious breakfast and meals in the local restaurant. Staff was also really helpful. Wonderful place in the very middle of the city. It was possible to park a car near the front door for free.

The lady from the reception should have been able to understand at least a little English, but that only happened when we wanted to check-in. In the next days there was different person who knew English a lot better.

Hotel has on-site a-la carte restaurant with delicious food which I can not recommend highly enough. Hotel is conveniently located near the city center. Room was clean and had amenities

My room was located in the 'roof' area and felt bit stuffy. I was there only for 1 night so it was okay but I wouldn't enjoy longer stay.

Big room,we had all we needed:air condition only in the living room, facility for making coffee, exelant barh room with lots of hangers, near the ciry center, very good breakfast with lots of variety

No elevatot and we were on the upper floor

The location was perfect. The room was spacious and clean, well furnished. Very good, delicious breakfast, fantastic cakes.

There is no elevator, which may be a problem for some people. In the bathroom there aren't any hooks to hang a towel, there is no shelf for cosmetics. The kettle did not work properly.

Big comfortable room. Good breakfast. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which was good.

Floor was cracking, and from inside the room you can hear everything that is going on outside. I believe it was because we were on the first floor.

The breakfast was rather varied, a nice selection of salty and sweet things, also fruit and vegetables. The room was spatious and clean. The location was great just next to the centre.

We were staying on the third floor and due to the low ceiling in the bathroom it was difficult to dry and brush the hair.
