The location was a few minutes walk from the main square and close to several good restaurants, The bed was very comfortable ,although we were on ground floor facing the street it was very quiet over night .The breakfast was what you would expect from a budget hotel ,cereals yogurt ham cheese etc fresh bread and bacon sausage and scrambled eggs. The staff always gave us a smile and greeting. We will happily stay again when visiting our family. Good value for money.

Everything was fine no dislikes

We needed a place to sleep while traveling and this was a great choice. The room was very clean and modern with a comfortable bed! The best part was the option for late, contactless check-in, which was essential since we arrived around midnight. Everything went smoothly! The view from our room was also very nice.

The only downside was the noise level. We couldn’t get enough sleep because we could hear everyone outside our room starting from 7 am. I would recommend earplugs if you're staying here.

The property is very conveniently located, almost in the centre (2minutes walk), beautiful garden equipped for relaxing, good breakfast, helpful staff

No lift (I didn’t mind, but my asthmatic mother had a little problem breathing walking all those stairs)

Great central location. Clean, fresh, comfortable and inviting accommodation. Secure, undercover bike parking and a bike rack at rear of property. Easy ride (20km) to Kutna Hora the next day.

Room is very nice, quiet environment, good location, friendly staff, bicycle parking in yard with roof.

The room for breakfast does not have enough place for all guests, we have to wait outside to get a seat. There was not enough plates, we have to eat from one plate.

Well ocated near town centre. Very helpful receptionist Basic room which was clean and did the job.

I really liked outdoor terrace, it was amazing. Trains outside were a little too loud but if you sleep with closed windows its all fine. We were sleeping on the top floor. Bedroom was clean, had air conditioner, good bathroom. On the first floor you will find a reception, vending machine. Kolyn was a great city, I loved it, especially food in restaurants, hotel is in a very convenient place.

Was a little harder with a check in machine, the system was lagging. Reception is working a little different that expected working hours. Our receptionist was very helpful, kind, talked in English.

I am a diabetic/vegetarian so actually took my own porridge to make up so cannot really comment but had to pay the going rate for breakfast even although I took my own food (!) so only had a cup of tea and milk to make my porridge. I was disappointed not to have a kettle etc in my room but that only seems to happen in the UK!

I courtesy tray in my room but then I wouldn't have had to book breakfast at all!

Good hotel. Wonderful staff. Not much to tell. Everything worked just fine and room was clean and as expected. No complaints at all.
