Amazing hotel! Big room with a balcony with a beautiful view. Nice spa, pool, and private sauna. Breakfast also very good. Friendly staff and restaurant also perfect. We would definitely come back!

Nothing to say, everything was perfect!

Classic hotel, well appointed, though here, again, it could do with regular, effective, management rounds to ensure all the smaller jobs are kept up with. The hotel is a little run down in details.

It’s quite a bit off the beaten track. Grooming standards of a few of the team members was far below par (where is management?). The original AC wasn’t working, the mobile unit did, but was very, very loud. No porter service, had to lug our own luggage around. The spa treatments were inconsistent in quality, ranging from very good to poor. Housekeeping staff sitting on the floor in the corridors, gave a poor impression.

The room was quite big with a beautiful view over Marianske Lazne and the forest as it is situated on the top of a mountain. Comfortable big bed and pillows. The room came with a jacuzzi bathtub. Complementary drink and sweets on arrival. Bath robes provided for the spa.

It was Valentine’s weekend and the pool was out of service, which was inconvenient considering how much you are paying for a night. Breakfast buffet could be improved with a wider variety of pastries and cold cuts (not the best quality of bacon and ham) Sauna option is private but you will need to pay an additional 60€ for it.

It is very exclusive and pretty. Service is outrageous and friendly.

We didn’t like the televisions all around the hotel at dinner and breakfast. In the romanian Sauna there are no beds to relax only wooden chairs

The Hotel and the Staff was amazing. The food was great as well and I enjoyed my stay there very much. I also used the Spa treatments and I was able to relax.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful location, the staff is friendly, the restaurant serves very tasty and high-quality food. The parking for cars is good and includes a charger for electric vehicles.

The only thing is that the fitness room could use a bit of modernization because the equipment is quite old.

Staff was amazing, very helpful, kind and approachable. Breakfast was delicious too!

We expected a bit more from the facilities (e.g. gym, pool area).

Excellent location on top of a hill overviewing the town, surounded by old forests. Building is an old stylish castle that was well refurbished. Restaurants very stylish, including breakfast place - spotless table sheets. Loved the mineral water springs in the hotel where you can take the best water freely. Very strong spa facilities - we took the floating tank, mineral water pool also available. Manicure by Tatiana was the best I ever had 😊

The property exceeded my expectations. This is the case when photographs do not reflect the whole scope. Amazingly beautiful 1911 building, great and well-preserved interiors, fantastic spa, marvelous location.

The swimming Pool was nice. It had a private parking at the hotel. The greeting was nice. The staff was polite.

The chiller was not cooling the room good. The swimming pool is accessible only till 6pm.
