I’d definitely recommend this place! The customer service was amazing. We even got a welcome refreshment on arrival, which was such a nice touch 🫶🏼The whole place was really clean and modern, and we stayed in a small studio that was just right for two people. It had everything we needed and felt cozy and comfortable. The location was great too, really close to the center with lots of cafés, restaurants, and parks nearby. There are also a few fountains and springs in the area, which were fun to check out while walking around. All in all, a great stay in a lovely spot. Would happily come back!

The only small downside was the smoking on the balconies. We couldn’t really keep our window open because the smell would come right in. I get that it’s allowed since there were ashtrays by every window, but it would be nice if smoking was just limited to the patio (just a humble suggestion). Still, it didn’t ruin our stay at all. We really enjoyed our time there and would happily come back!

I had to stop hiking due to food poisoning from a few days earlier, and found the apartment to be perfect for my needs. All the necessary facilities and items needed for cooking, oil and seasoning provided, a microwave, even a small laundry machine. I really liked the space and the freedom it gave me that you don’t get at hotels.

The only thing I would mention is that the TV in the lobby seemed to be on the teleshopping channel for much of the time, which I didn’t find particularly pleasant. A very small criticism though. Overall very positive stay

It was one of the best places I have stayed at at this price point. The single studio apartment was clean, modern, cozy, comfortable, and functional. Although it was rather small, the studio had everything I needed to make my stay perfect. The beds were comfy, and the room was quiet. The kitchenette was well stocked with all the essentials and more (e.g., tea, breakfast oats). There was a coffee machine in the lobby. Excellent communication with the front desk via WhatsApp. Easy and quick check-in. The building and room have keyless entry—access is via PIN. The staff was absolutely amazing—very friendly and hospitable. They went out of their way to help me with a special request and made me feel at home away from home. The location was excellent, within walking distance from the center and beautiful parks. Parking was located at about 10 minutes' walking distance. very interesting style of the design of room, reception, corridors and museum. I like the names of the apartments with the sample of musical composition. Next visit here will be a present of my son like a large sunrise. Strongly recommendation to visit even for one night. Everything is new! Well planned a space of small room. Clever solution for kitchen. I like washing machine in the smallest apartment. Personal and cleaning ladies are kind and feedback is excellent. I come back at this place very soon ;)

Not a problem, but it is good to describe that one side and enter door of reception looks at main street Hlavni Trida. Navigation shows to yard, not to main door. And if it is possible to add a cutting board in the kitchen just to avoid a damage on the surface (table or plate).

Amazing staff and how do they help with difficulties or special wishes. Nice location and stylish comfortable rooms. And I also like the fact, you don't need the key to unlock the room, it's a modern and a comfortable way to use it.

Absence of parking is a problem, but still you can find a place in the nearby streets (but don't try to park in the yard with shops close to it, it seemed to bee free, but it wasn't).

Very comfy, clean and cozy apartment/studio with all necessary equipment. Bed was very comfortable. My highest appreciation goes to staff, that you will probably not meet in person, however, they will take so much care of your stay/needs and is very helpful. I also enjoyed location of residence that is in walking distance to the city centre (10-15min). Free of charge parking is in walking distance.

OMG this was a hit of our trip.Fantastic place, comfortable beds, nice rooms each with a music person as a patron. tea, coffe fully equipped kitchen, everything under nice Red colour. downstairs there is a music interactive museum and lobby with proffesional coffe machinę. Perfect contact With hotel Staff. 15 min on foot to the center, 10' to railwaystation.

The studio was simply amazing. It is one of the best value for money I ever experienced. The room was very clean, modern, and cosy. Style fits nicely to a spa resort. The arrangement is very smart so that the room feels quite spacious. You find everything you need - even a small washing machine. I loved the patio from where you enter the individual studios. The access to the building and to the room is via PIN code -> flexibility reg. arrival time. Staff was super friendly. Communication was great.

Everything was perfect. I will for sure come again. It is one of the cheapest options to stay in Marianske Lazne but the quality levels exceeds many expensive hotels.

Experimental room in the cellar was fabulous. And also ever room is unique. Every apartment or "studio" is named by the some musician, from Jose Carreras to Blur. And interor of the room suite to name of the room. We were sleeping in opera house.
