Good hotel for its price. A very beautiful location and nature. Great and beutiful corridor between two buildings of the hotel. Take a look at the pictures on its walls - they are very interesting. Good enough veriety of food for breakfast. Everyone can find something for yourself. Varied and delicious bufet for dinner in weekend (less rich on weekdays). Reasonable prices for additional food and drinks. All the staff is extreemly polite and welcoming!

A shelf above the bed. It шs awful and it hits you in the head every time you try to get up from the bed. There was a company of our friends, we booked four different room and everyone had the same shelf with the same problem. I guess would be great and not very expensive just to throw it away and paint something over the place where it is attached.

Zatisi is absolutely amazing place for family and if you are looking for a quiet place. We enjoyed breakfast and dinner, food is very delicious, good choice for children. The view is breathtaking, very comfortable beds in room and service ***** The receptionist was very kind and they make extra steps to make every guest feeling happy. Thank you for making us very welcome! There amazing playground in front of mountains, and with a 2mins walking distance to the river, our child enjoyed the nature and playground on the grass.

Some toys in kidsroom needs to be changed, also missing basketball ball in playing area.

Good location, nice view, fantastic breakfast and very-very clean. If you don't have a car, hotel can call taxi for you. Actually we are very happy of this hotel.

Cut off the shelf on the bad headboard)) Bed was not really comfortable. I mean a shelf over head on a headboard of a bad. It is low enough to hit it by head. Especially when you want to lean by back, you hit the shelf definitely. I don't know if all beds in the hotel have the same bad, but we hed.

Tasty breakfast and dinner. Great leisure facilities. Clean rooms.

Our rooms were located close to the staircase. It was noisy (sometimes late night when other guests were coming back). Side door were also next to our room. They were left open few time at night! The hotel is charging for tap water.

Enough space fir parking. Breakfast was really excellent. Dinner also, tasty, better than in the downtown restaurants. Evening bowling and biliard was great. Skiing areas or downtown are achievable by skibus in 5 minutes, bus is running each hour. Nice hotel, friendly staff. In the room is everything you need. Lockers for skiboots and ski, heated. Skiing areas are great, also routes for skitours. See pictures.

Beautiful quiet location, great views, amazing wellness that you can book just for yourself and everything you need in one place (restaurant, bowling etc.)

overal it's a nice place, but from the details: restaurant could be slightly better (not that it's bad) and open longer, wellness area could have more chillout/romantic style, for double bed would be nice to have one big mattress insted of 2 connected together.

the best view is only in this hotel . It's worth it not bad breakfast and dinner kind staff good playroom and playground outside

hard to come up something negative , we had a great time. maybe some interior of hotel is an outdated , but it all depends on "personal taste"

Quiet location, with a great view of the sunrise over the mountains. Indoor play areas for kids, pool tables, and bowling were a nice surprise.

Excellent staff and very helpful reception. Hotel is nice for everyone especially for kids. Very big sport centrum inside and free kids indoor play area. Very nice rooms. Enough parking place and hotel is close to ski area (10 min walk). Better to park at hotel and walk to ski/sledge/centre instead of finding parking in centre which is almost impossible. Breakfast was also nice. Definitely coming here again.

The only thing I did not like to bed. It was too soft and uncomfortable.
