I liked that it's all renovated inside and the design which was chosen is clean and elegant. There was several play rooms for kids and a program throughout the day for them. The food was very good. Spa and gym were nice as well. We also enjoyed massages by Tawan, these were amazing.

It looks terrible from outside, it would need renovation as well. I understand it would cost a lot of money, but it didn't feel I got the value for my money woth such look. Even the balconies accessed from the rooms looked very old. For breakfast I would appreciate fresh juices - they offered something with headline FEEL THE FRESHNESS, but it definitely wasn't fresh at all, it was not juice, it was drink. In the gym there is no treadmill for free use - you must register, then you should receive a code, but it never arrived, to me it doesn't make sense to request registration from a guest coming for an indoor run. parking was fully occupied and took us some time to find a free spot.

I had an amazing time at OREA hotel. I really needed to get my mind off something and therefore I desperately needed mountains and peace. That’s what I got from my stay, SPA zone has astonishing view on mountains and I just waddled between hot tub and pool looking at clouds. My number also had a Mountain View that made my mornings and evenings really lovely. The bed was comfy and room has pleasant lighting. Hotel is situated in beautiful area full of hiking trails. And lanovka passes are offered for free, which is nice The breakfast is good and I loved the option to grab a snack with you (there’s separate area for making sandwiches to go) There are lovely restaurant and bar as well if you don’t wanna leave the place

On the morning of my checkout day hot tub was still warming up for an hour. But at least I managed to spend some time there

The food was excellent (we had half board), and the view from our room was truly remarkable.

The temperature in the hotel room was uncomfortably warm, and we were unable to lower it below 21 degrees, which made sleeping at night quite difficult. The hotel has a strict non-smoking policy throughout the entire property, including balconies, which is inconvenient for smokers. Another point to consider is that the hotel caters significantly to families. As a couple seeking a romantic getaway, we found the atmosphere less suitable, as there were many families with children running around. Lastly, we encountered a problem with the hotel room phone. Despite trying to reach reception three times, no one answered, and we did not receive a call back.

The hotel exceeded expectations, very friendly staff, staff in the restaurant are wonderful. The hotel is more beautiful than in the pictures and the spa is even better than it looks in the pictures. The food is of good quality, although the selection is a bit boring.

The only complaint about the hotel is that it is not warm enough in the rooms. It is pleasant to sit on, but not warm enough to dry a towel or bathrobe, for example. Also, what is not the hotel's fault, parents with children are so ill-mannered and rude, they do not respect other people, mothers want to enjoy themselves with their children in the jacuzzi and not to play with them in the children's pool. Children are of course bored in the jacuzzi and then they scream abnormally and splash the others, it was simply not relaxing because of them. At one point, there were five small children under the age of 3 in the jacuzzi.

Very good localisation: not the city center, but there is a pleasant path walk down to the city and also to the mountains in the second direction. Very good swimming pool and saunas. Nice views from the rooms. Good restaurant, shop etc. inside the hotel.

It is a high standard hotel, so I would expect a more plentiful breakfast. Not a big choice of cheeses, porridge etc. I also did not like too many stinky cars in front of the main entry. I know that it is not easy to eliminate, because people have to park somehow. Despite these flaws it is one of my favourite hotels in Czechia :)

We had a great experience at this hotel. The entire property is very neat and clean, which made our stay comfortable and pleasant. The breakfast was perfect, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. Dinner was different every evening, though the food was just decent. The bed was simply amazing—we had the best sleep here, which is something we truly value when traveling

One thing to keep in mind if you're traveling with a dog: there's a fee of 30 EUR per night, which wasn't mentioned during the booking process. It's good to be aware of this extra cost in advance. Lastly, the staff at the bar seemed quite tired and overworked, which made us feel a bit bad for them. It would be great if the hotel could address this, as it affected the overall atmosphere.

Very nice place to stay. Many activities for children. Playrooms are very good. Food was very good. I love your idea of to go sandwiches. View is very nice. Sauna was hot, spa area is nice and wide. Orea is a place, where I want to come back. It is family hotel but very quiet, so you can relax and enjoy the view, read a book, watch football or spend time with friends or family. In room you don't hear neighbours and that is a very big +.

That bunny ... I don't think it is right place for live animal. If you have to have him/her, find a place, where is less light and noise.

The rooms are cozy and clean, we had mountains view and it was really beautiful. The dinner was very tasty with great options. Breakfast was good. Close to slopes with skibus from the hotel. Ski rentals are great. Bar is great as well with nice cocktails options. Spa was relaxing, especially the part with extra payment, really worth the price. Staff is very nice and helpful from reception, bars and ski rentals. Will come back for sure.

In general, the OREA is a very nice place to stay. Staff is very friendly and helpful, there is plenty on offer in terms of food and drinks, the view is beautiful and the activities for kids are very convenient. The location is also a 30 minutes walk from the towncenter and only 25 minutes from the mountain lifts away. The SPA was perfectly fine to spend 1-3 hours a day there.

We lacked a bit of attention to detail. The suite we had booked had a few things that would need repainting and a more powerful hairdryer would be appreciated. In the public SPA and the room shower the tiles were quite slippery which was not easy with the kids. Food was in general very nice but we missed some healthier options here and there (bread in particular).

We stayed at the hotel with our family, and it is located in a very beautiful place with a stunning view of the mountains. The spa and entertainment for children are top-notch. I would like to especially thank the hotel staff. We accidentally left our sunglasses in the safe. After contacting the reception, they quickly responded and handed them over to our friends. We will definitely return to this hotel!
