Lovely hotel with village-style architecture on a gorgeous house reef (we’re seasoned snorkel enthusiasts and the coral bounty, colours and fish were world class right off the jetty) we had a junior suite with an amazing porch. Premium sea view rooms are all great but the cheaper rooms are quite small. The upgrade is absolutely worth it. The bed was very comfortable. The food by the Dive Center is especially wonderful. Breakfast buffet is amazing. We would definitely return.

Be wary about all inclusive as this only covers the buffet restaurant. We had half board and it was financially more sensible because we liked to eat by the beach or elsewhere. The music around the pool was at times very loud and next time I’d ask for a room further from the main area. Some employees seemed stressed and even unfriendly (a contrast to some who were very friendly) but maybe it had to do with Ramadan and I assume it’s difficult to serve guests food and drink in the heat while fasting.

Everything from the design of the hotel (nubian village) to the wonderful service of all the staff. Food was wonderful, both in buffet restaurant and in a la carte restaurants. They have the best reef I've seen for the last 15 years - still with plenty of colours - and only 3 meters from the beach.

The beach is quite small here, so you cannot make long morning walks by the sea, but all other things are just perfect.

Everything about this hotel is wonderful. The architecture in Nubian style creates a cozy atmosphere, and the grounds are beautifully maintained. I especially loved that the rooms are set in single-story Nubian-style houses with spacious terraces. There’s a thoughtful attention to every detail of the guest experience. The rooms are small but very cozy, and the bed is extremely comfortable. All the staff are attentive and genuinely caring. The beach is stunning, with a reef in excellent condition and full of diverse marine life. Meeting an octopus was an unforgettable experience. The food delights with both its variety and sophistication. This is definitely a place I would love to return to.

Staff, standards, quality and small touches. I caught a throat infection and couldnt dive, without prompting, reception sent some throat lozenges. Small touches but lovely. This hotel is a class act.

Unless you're diving this is quite a remote resort. Also I thought the prices in the restaurant £35 for a buffet, spa €110 for a massage and bar £50 for 4 martinis was expensive. Also €15 for a return 5k trip was extortionate (especially when 165k to hurghada externally booked was €35). I'll come back (excellent house reef and local diving with easy divers) but will rely more on external contacts.

We really enjoyed the Jacuzzi on our terrace & watching the sunrise every morning. The buffet breakfast & dinner were very good with lots of choice. The onsite Dr was very helpful & accomodating. The staff were superfriendly & helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Sometimes the sea front got a little smelly when the tide went out. The beach area outside of the resort wasn't great. There was some renovation taking place when we were there in July so the tranquility got disturbed.

Everything was beyond beautiful and my stay exceeded my expectations. The Staff are super friendly and very kind including the Staff at the reception, housekeeping and the beach. Mostafa our activities guide, he was so much fun and knowledgeable of the area since he is from El Quseir City. We went City Biking and morning exploring Walk, both were amazing. The suite was modernly furnished, very cozy and warm. The beach is super clean with crystal clear water. I truly had a great relaxing stay exactly as i was dreaming of. I can’t wait to go back again next year.

My favourite place. They added some things to the rooms such as irons with ironing board and a beach bag, which I appreciated a lot. My room was above the beach and a few meters from restaurant, which was perfect.

The light switches in the rooms are confusing. They could promote more the music sessions, that take place in the hotel, so more people would attend. I'd appreciate broader selection of meat in the buffet.

Location stunningly beautiful with lovely nubian style rooms, (no high rise horror) gorgeous gardens amazing delicious healthy food. The staff are exceptional, kind and helpful, nothing too much trouble from the excellent pool side staff to the waiters and cleaners and reception. Everywhere beautifully clean, the pools are immaculate. Just a wonderful place to relax this was our second trip and we'll be back! An annual favourite. And we love the beautiful well fed cats!
