Lots of activities organised and very good sport facilities. You can never get bored! Food was very good. Drinks less good but acceptable The room was spacious and very very clean. All staff was super friendly.

A bit far away from everything, so it takes a while to reach it from the airport and also to go on an excursion, like the one to Luxor. Airport transfer booked via the hotel costed double the amount we paid using a private company. Same for the exclusions. They costed double compared to get your guide.

The reef for snorkeling and diving, the activities for the whole family, the food, the shows! Everything really. It is an active hotel with something for everyone and all ages. We loved the windsurf, waterpolo, aerobic classes, the gym is also great. And my daughter really liked the kids club. Everyone is nice in the hotel and they don’t push to sell you tours and activities.

There were too many cats… The room cards did not work well and we often had to go back to reception to code them again which means walking 1/2 a km in such big hotel

Very bad internet everywhere. Quite far from everywhere and if you don't have cash euros, hotel taxi will scam you.

A special thanks to Mr. Ali at the reservation office on the beach for flawlessly organizing these trips, tailored perfectly to fit our schedule. The entire hotel staff was incredibly friendly and cheerful, adding to the warmth of the experience. The hotel boasts four diverse restaurants, with a fifth available for an additional charge. We also loved browsing through the charming bazaars for souvenirs, and it was convenient to have a pharmacy on-site for any necessities. The variety of swimming pools kept things exciting, ensuring we never felt bored. The beach itself was stunning, complemented by an office offering boat trips and diving lessons. The office manager was a highlight—friendly, patient, and always flexible. Every aspect of our stay was of the highest quality, and this hotel is now firmly on my list for future visits. Whether you’re seeking relaxation or adventure, the hotel truly has something for everyone. I must commend the intelligent management and the successful team behind the scenes, whose efforts have orchestrated a flawless experience. Simply extraordinary!

While the internet can be slow during peak hours, it tends to improve in the early morning or late at night. I appreciated the convenience of the medical clinic, though note that services are charged.

I had a small issue with the breakfast buffet & had a simple request but the guest relation agent Miss Annika didn't listen to me; she reply to my request with gnorance and negligence .. told me that they will discuss it later on in the next meeting ..

Service was very well. They all spoke English very well, and always ready to help.

We arrived quite late in the evening, due to a change in flight. Upon arrival it seemed that our originally booked room was not available anymore. They suggested an upgrade, which was actually more then ok, but at a cost.

What’s not to like, beautiful place, amazing team of staff, always attentive and great food.

Beds a little too hard for my liking, but that’s a personal thing. Shame they don’t have a non smoking area around the pool.

The Food was really great. You will find everything you want. My Girlfriend is vegetarian / vegan and found also a lot to eat. Everything was really tasty! Location with own beach ist perfect. The rooms are good. The beds are amazing!

WIFI was not so good. Only a few spots with good wifi. The italian restaurant a la carte was ok.
