The staff is super friendly, Mr. Adel from the restaurant is really a decent and nice guy, Muhammed Ramadan from the reception is professional and helpful, Taha and Ragab from the Bar are good people, Hamdy and Ziad, the life guards are nice people, too The food was good, I knew they could do a better job, but the budget is limited, I totally understand that

I love the Shams Imperial. It's so much better than the Shams next door. Mostafa from the reception is a warm and helpfull person that honestly just really cares about your satisfaction as a guest. Without Mostafa I wouldn't have felt as welcome as I did. The location is perfect for kiteboarding! Just check out the ION Club in Safaga if you need to know more. Tito and Ahmed are cool guys and ready to help wherever they can. I also love the 2-person animation team of Dina and Pipo. Without them, the animation would have been worthless. Strange, because they were the newbies on the team.

What disgusted me and I'll never forget,.. was how the animation team leader was treating the the girls on his team. Such disrespect, it truly angered me. I understand there's a cultural difference, but if you can't respect women, you shouldn't work in a hotel.

The hotel itself is very well located, you can not find better. The staff is extremely helful and try to make your stay as much enjoyable as possible at all levels. Congrats ! We were also very impressed by the cleaness of the hotel; the room, the beach, everywhere. Very impressive ! Last but not least, I was used to have bad quality food on the buffet. This has changed a lot. You have choice and good food. You clearly see they pay attention to it. Result : we didn't get sick !

1/ The quality of the alcohol is very poor. The only alcohol which is "drinkable" is the beer. I would rather have less quantity but instead priviledge quality. 2/The noise created by the currrent renovation works. I know this is for a better but it can be very unconfortable and unpleasent to say the least, when you want to relax along the swimming pool or when having your lunch or dinner outside.

The staff is beyond friendly. This was my second time to be there and it definitely won't be the last. The food was really good and all the extra snacks and drinks were a nice touch. The hotel is very child and family friendly, with many many facilities to choose from. We also loved the night shows and the ice cream. I am definitely going back in the future. We encountered a stray cat that wasn't feeling well and we notified the front desk. Within an hour the pest control manager was here and he gently handled the cat and nursed her back to health. The surprising thing was that the front desk called our room to let us know that the cat was okay. How cute? The doctor in the clinic even showed us a video of the cat happily playing. We believe that this is a special hotel because everyone is hands on and everyone knows exactly what he/she is supposed to be doing. Even though it was a little crowded, everything was being run perfectly smoothly. The view from our room was absolutely spectacular. Wow.

If I have to be picky, I'd say I didn't like the shower in my room. We called the front desk about it and they immediately sent someone to handle it (and he did). But still it wasn't that great. Also maybe the pillows could be updated.

The beach is perfect for those who enjoy shallow waters. You can walk out for around 200 meters before it starts to get deep, making it a great option for families with kids or anyone who prefers gentle wading. The gradual depth allows for a relaxing experience without sudden drops, and you can really take your time getting in. There’s also a pool nearby, which is a nice bonus for those who want an alternative to the beach. Overall, it’s a great spot for a laid-back day by the water, offering both safety and comfort!

There’s no mobile network or free Wi-Fi, which could be inconvenient if you need to stay connected. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the room could be better. The furniture and rooms feel quite outdated, adding to an overall impression that the facilities could use some refurbishment. However, if you’re looking for a quiet getaway and don’t mind the dated accommodations, it can still be a relaxing spot.

The location of the resort is very nice and the beach is sandy and safe for children; no waves ; you can make snorkeling or diving to see amazing colored fishes and other creatures; staff are very friendly and helpful; all services are near by me wherever I have been nearby the beach ; pools ; main building; rooms...etc. The room is very clean; and and staff came inside every day to change towels and clean the room ; change mattress...etc. All rooms have Seaview and most of it have pool & Seaview at the same time. Food was good enough comparing with the cost of the stay. Soft and hard drinks available there as per booking choice. Best value for price. Recommended to visit Imperial Shams for a long stay.🥰💞

The resort is little bit small but all residents have access to Shams Safaga pool & Aqua Park ; beach ; and every thing except rooms and restaurant . Also the restaurant area is little bit small. The food is good ; tasty but not this much varied at the same meals ; but also you have snacks most of the day nearby pools and beach. Aqua Park have 4 slides only but suitable for adults as well as children.

The location is really nice , above expectations.

We had some issues at the beginning, but we’re solved eventually. This could be improved for future.
