Very nice hotel with fantastic à la carte restaurants. The reservations for the restaurants need to be done early on for dinner but we had a chance to try out all the restaurants. Especially the one at the beach is so lovely and the food is amazing too.

The only downside is that the German guests reserve the sun chairs early in the morning and occupy the chair the whole day without using it. The hotel has a 1 hour policy for unused chairs but they don't follow up on it which is a shame. I would expect the staff to remove the towels from the unused chairs so other guests also have a chance to enjoy the pool area.

Please note that upon our arrival at the airport, we noticed that this 5-star hotel did not offer a shuttle service to pick up and transport guests from the airport to the establishment.

The rooms were clean and spacious, the choice of three pools and a beach meant you change up your days. The beach is particularly nice. Being able to use every al a carte restaurant every night was great too. The staff were friendly and attentive. There’s nothing else to do in Ras Soma really but the complex has lots to entertain you. The food at the restaurants were good and made the stay.

The service on the beach was quite slow but there is a bar near by. There’s construction work that you can hear all day seven days a week, it was hard to ignore. The service wasn’t 10/10 they were a bit slow and played would be left for a while in the main buffet area.

It didn’t feel like one of these huge all inclusive hotels. They managed to have it spread out enough that you all have a space. The separate restaurants were great that way you could get away from the hustle and bustle of the main buffet and have intimate dinners. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.

It constant sound of building going on. All around the property there is building going on and you have the sound of the drilling from 7 in the morning till sundown. I just put my noise cancelling earbuds on and some nice music but I do hear a lot of guests complaining.

The resort is one of the best in the red sea. The variety of food and restaurants is a big addition. There are a lot of activities for both adults and kids. The staff were v friendly.

The policies regarding the different restaurants utility in the all inclusive package are contradicting. The mattress cover under the bed sheets was dirty yet the staff responded and came to change it.

what I did not like was that I have called specifically to verify if the private pool room that I booked is totally private and your staff confirmed it to me 100%. I mentioned that my spouse wears Hijab and I am only willing to book the room if it is totally private! unfortunately I was shocked when I arrived that the pool is visible from the rooms above. luckily the staff were kind enough to show me other room options and moved us the next day to another room.

The beach was amazing. The resort is only 3 years old. It is well run, ie all is working well; you can see that it is a german company The staff is very friendly

The pool water is significantly too cold. Eg at 3.30pm the pool was empty as the water was so cold The food is not on the same level as club med. There is loads of choice but the quality level is lower. Overall still good though...

My recent stay at the Steigenberger Resort in Ras Soma was nothing short of incredible, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by every aspect of this magnificent hotel. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a fantastic array of culinary delights. Every meal was a true pleasure, with fresh ingredients and expertly prepared dishes that catered to all tastes. Chef Abd Rahman made for me the best pasta ever , Whether it was the main buffet or the specialty restaurants, the quality and variety were consistently outstanding. What truly elevated my experience, however, was the exceptionally helpful staff. Mr Mahmoud el badry duty manager was very professional and helpful I faced a problem with my room and he took care of everything

The pool needs to be heated

The hotel is beautiful! The nordic/oriental aesthetic is both relaxing and profession. The rooms are modern, very clean and well equipped with a separate dressing room, and a huge balcony. The breakfast buffet area was spacious, clean and very well layed out. The food quality and presentation was remarkable, and the variety was exceptional, catering to all tastes, dietary requirements and restrictions. Check in and check out was very smooth. However, what stood out most was how the staff went above and beyond to cater to our needs. Excellent job Mostafa and Salama👏

The construction site right next to our room was loud if we went on the balcony. The beach is a long walk from the rooms. The citronella scent in the reception is a bit overpowering.

The cleanliness, the property architecture, the room, the stuff and the food.

The location on the beach is not the best in terms of the view. There is ongoing construction to the east and west of the resort unfortunately and we could hear the drilling noise for hours nonstop while on the beach at one day of the stay.
