Robinson Club Soma Bay has particular philosophy in hospitality. Superb staff and Animation team. Everyone in Robison has optimal training quality and a unique email, helpful, cheerful, and very cooperative. The food & beverage was so lovely. The faculties and utilities of Robison are excellent. Thanks, Robison administration and teamwork. I appreciated your total efforts.

Basically everything, it’s not a 5 star hotel, but the service is amazing. Food is 11 out of 10. Nice sea, kiting around the corner, nice chill out with DJs at the sunset.
During this time a little bit empty and some activities for the kids are closed.

Very nice and helpful staff. We faced a specific situation and they went out of their way to help us solve it. The property is beautiful, clean, well-maintained. Food is good.
Being able to buy food outside of dining hours (which, admittedly are very long and generous). Because we're vegetarian and traveled with a 1-year old, we found ourselves in situations were we couldn't get snacks for him (or ourselves)
