Perfect Location, diverse Buffet, great Hospitality. The staff was very kind and helpful at all levels. Special thanks to Mr. Abdul Rahim for his kindness and support during our stay. He was very dedicated and caring to solve any issues. It was a pleasure to meet him! We enjoyed our stay and will come back for sure!

Unfortunately most disagreement was caused by some guests who behaved disrespectfully, for example throwing drinks in the sea.. Moreover, a request for a change of date and a refund has been approved by the hotel but I am still waiting for a reply from booking.com

It is something oddly satisfying about this hotel . I flew from London England , first time coming to Egypt , wasn’t expecting much , and I was guards up ( cause what I heard from some people and media ) . As soon as i arrived , Rahim was waiting for me with refreshing drinks , after I filled the form , he said my job is done now the only thing I need to do and I quote ( is to not worry and just enjoy my holidays ) which was surprising to me I felt like I’m VIP and still didn’t believe … oh boy I was wrong ! I stayed 10days , the hotel is so amazing , with so much fun and activities to do , beach front , so so clean , with some amazing quality staff that serves you and greet you with smile and positive vibe . All this 10days I never waited more than 2min for my drinks or my ( oat coffee ) as the staff have to go all the way to the main kitchen to warm my oat milk and bring it to me with my coffee , I just can’t thank you enough ! The sous chef Mostafa Ahmad who is hand on with food quality , the service , the tourist satisfaction , and surprisedly you see him checking on each table if everyone is okay and having good food n good time every single day ! And Mr Elsayed Mandy who checked on me nearly everyday and even offered me to stay past my checking out time , cause my flight was at 6:30pm and booked my taxi , without even me asking , thank you so much ! The beach guys Ahmed x 3 , sadam , M’hamed , the Shisha guy from the bottom of my heart thank you . This people served me with a smile , kindness in 40°c heat and never complained once or give me altitude , This people served with pure kindness and not once asked for tips or anything like that !

Everything was great and all the people at the hotel just want to make sure that everyone has a good time. The entertainment team does a great job during the day and you'll find a lot of fun activities to do. The heated pool was a plus for me as the sea temperature was not ok to swim. Food was great, a lot of different choices and I enjoyed the local specialities which were very tasty. I will definitely come back in the high season, so that I can enjoy the water activities.

Maybe the different people trying to sell you their activities like scuba, spa and safaries. It's good that you can find them at the hotel, but I didn't like them asking all the time when you are just relaxing at the beach.

I liked the service, the hospitality, treatment exceeded my expectations, communication start once I did the booking, everything arranged with supper quality, I did my wife Birthday in the Italian restaurant was unforgettable, waiters and chef all made sure food is good and we were satisfied, big thanks to MR khaled in the GR he arranged everything and was making sure we are happy, he followed up with us for everything, hotel in general is very simple and middle quality but the service from all the staff made the hotel above 5 star , I m working in tourism field since 20 years to exceeded the guest expectations means a lot , really thank you and I will come back again for sure

Our stay at Solymar Soma Beach was an incredible experience from start to finish. The all-inclusive package was exceptional, offering a wide variety of food and drinks that kept us satisfied throughout our stay. The manager, Abdel Rahim, was always present and attentive, ensuring that we had everything we needed and were enjoying our time to the fullest. His dedication to guest satisfaction truly made a difference. The resort's pools are clean, well-maintained and provide a relaxing atmosphere. The animation team, particularly Nemo and Mathew, are outstanding. They are full of energy and enthusiasm, engaging guests in various activities during the day and putting on exciting evening shows. One of the standout features of Solymar Soma Beach is its stunning beach. The water was crystal clear, making it perfect for swimming and snorkeling. It was an idyllic spot for relaxation and taking in the natural beauty of the area. Overall, our stay at Solymar Soma Beach was unforgettable. With excellent management, a fantastic animation team, and beautiful facilities, it is a destination I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable vacation.

It was the best hotel we have been to in Egypt. The sand at the beach was nice. The room that we got was clean, big, and comfortable. There is a shallow heated pool and a deeper pool to choose from. It was the cleanest hotel we visited there. Managers are always asking what can they do to make your stay better. Food is also good, but beware, if you have a sensitive stomach you might need to get used to it first. But I think that is the case with almost every hotel.

Even though everyone is very friendly and they all want to help animation team should be less assertive because most of the people come to rest and enjoy the holiday. The same goes for the people who are trying to sell you things. Again, the animation team is friendly and nice but they just need to tone it down a notch. Another problem that happens is that a lot of people come early in the morning to leave their towels on the sunbeds so they can use them later. And then they show up six or seven hours later. In the meantime, people who want to use sunbeds and the beach immediately do not have them available. I would solve that by announcing that all the towels would be taken if not attended for more than an hour and a half.

Smaller hotel comparing to the ones surrounding it, but good staff and good service. They arranged airport transfer for us. The room was decent size, they gave us an extra bed for our toddler, and we got the crib upon request. Food is nice, lots of variety.

The bed is a little squeaky. There should be more options for food for kids - every day it's the same. The front row of the beach is somehow always taken, no matter how early you come. Even though they say that there are no reservations of sunbeds, if you come late to the beach, most likely you won't find a free sun bed. Umbrellas on the beach are also very bad. The staff from other two hotels (one on the left and one on the right) don't allow people to walk on their part of the beach.

The location is quite far and no amenities surrounding the hotel and the fridge was not working though I requested to replace it several times at the end they replaced it but it doesn't work properly

Our stay at Jaz Soma Beach was exceptional! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and at the top of the list comes Mr. Khaled from Guest Relations team. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed, with a lovely view, and the credit here goes to Mr. Beshouy from Front Desk team. All Restaurants buffet were delicious, with a wide variety of options. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends!"

Aqua is very small, only suitable for ages under 5 years.
