This was my third stay at the hotel, mainly because of its excellent location. I also really enjoyed the dinner options. The aqua park and kids' area were perfect for our child and made the stay very enjoyable for families.

There was a bad smell coming from the sink in our room's bathroom, which was unpleasant. Also, there was water leakage from the AC. The breakfast didn't include espresso or coffee, which was disappointing. Additionally, dinner for half-board guests didn't include juice, which I haven’t experienced at any other hotel before.

Everything about this hotel punched above its weight in a value for money point of view The location is a joy to behold everyday the reef for snorkelling is absolutely superb The food is wonderful and the staff are friendly and helpful No hassle on the beach from vendors although I must admit watching the young Bedouin girls give the security guards the runaround did make me chuckle Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and fingers crossed will return later in the year Truly exceptional value for money

What’s not to like

I liked absolutely everything about this resort - a real Home-From-Home with delightful, friendly staff in a location that was perfect for us. The beach is next to beautiful reefs for snorkeling, diving or just relaxing. Yoga-type stretching classes are up for grabs beachside and the staff are available to provide other activities if guests feel like being more active. The hospitality and catering staff again, are a complete delight and do cater for a range of tastes. I particularly liked the friendly banter and attention to detail without staff being overly formal or intrusive whilst guests are dining. Above all, I like how the staff were treated by the Management - this is important. Having spent Christmas and New Year in the capable hands of this clean, comfortable and entertaining resort I can highly recommend it for families, couples or friends. It really is a small village (as the name suggests) but does appreciate that guests might still like contact with the busy shops and restaurants of 'Downtown Dahab', so they provide several (free) shuttles there and back, as the resort is located away from the town in a much more beautiful setting. The Happy Life Village works extremely hard to get it 'just right' for their guests and they succeed. Obviously, if you want 'Disney Does Desert' then head to the large, faceless complexes of Sharm El Sheikh but you'd be missing out on this hidden gem if you do. I will definitely be coming back.

For me the location and the beach were the best thing about my stay here. It's perfect a perfect spot for snorkling and swimming, it might be far from the city but it's a 5 min walk to the tree pools. The staff were friendly and the place was clean and comfortable.

The food was average with little variations each day. There was a missleading information about having drinks at dinner if you booked half borad at the desk they said allowed but what truly happened is that you are not allowed any drinks at dinner if your booking is half board. But in general the staff were friendly and overall the stay was very good.

This is a gem in the middle of the Dahab desert! The beach location is superb for relaxing and unwinding. The pools are large and clean, and the ground staff work tirelessly to maintain it! There's a lot of love here xx We were welcomed by our receptionist Mohamed Moustafa, a big welcome smile and friendly manner. He completed check-in so quickly but encouraged us to enjoy the facilities straight away and enjoy some food from the restaurant. We chose to stay in the suite and it was definitely worth it for the space and the morning sea views!! Sunrise in Dahab with your special person.... Anything is worth it xxxz We were welcomed by the amazingly kind and helpful waiter Mohamed Habib! An absolute asset to Happy Life.... He works hard for your enjoyment! Not just his enjoyment, he is professional, knowledgeable and funny! My husband loved him actually! He shared life with his family and spoke so passionately about his career and how hard he likes to work. Always gentlemanly on approaching the tables and offering a helping hand... He is amazing!!! Food, there is so much choice at all meal times... Breakfast was nice hot coffee, sweet and savory pastries and fresh juice... Eggs, sausages and cheese..... Lots of fresh fruit, vegetables and cakes!!!! Lunch was always fresh chicken or fish and lots of salad and fruits... But u had a choice of fries, stews, fried chicken and other meats and it was always delicious! Dinner had a BBQ area, but also a large selection of hot meals, and different meat varieties... It is really good food quality. Drinks could be better from an alcohol perspective, they advertised cocktails but I couldn't find them however the pool bar will mix for you. Not the same as a cocktail but nice anyways.... I loved my stay here and in fact, loved it so much we enjoyed an extra day and booked an extra night.....

My family and I spent 4 days at Happy Life Village. We had such a great time! The servers were very kind and welcoming. The manager was very accommodating, and he kept checking up on us. It’s very clean, and the views are gorgeous! Akran and Mike were very friendly, and they’re good at what they do. Saad and Mina were very helpful. They were at the front desk, and they answered all questions that we had. I would definitely recommend coming!

thanks you for your services. Me with my family visited your hotel a week ago and were very pleased with your hospitality. Your hotel given us no room for complaints. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, our luggage was brought to our room. We did not have to worry about our meals . My wife was very pleased with the room locations and has decided to come here next year as well for a vacation. The recreational facilities at the hotel did not let us be bored, and our children enjoyed it very much as well. We had a great time till our stay lasted. I want to thank All Staff once again for the excellent services .
