Good bed and nice pool. New gym available. Good location for getting taxis. Restaurant food in reception was decent. I have seen other reviews of people complaining about smell of smoke in the lobby, I don’t think is true but you can smoke cigarettes and shisha in the lobby, this is just the culture here and shisha is good price.

it was all very nice compared to the hotel we were booked into by our travel agent we are still trying to get our money back, we will use this hotel again if we are in Cairo

Room combination had suites to fit my family. Service was pretty quick. Good breakfast and kids loved the room service

The staff were friendly, helpful, and kind to us, especially Halima, Zainab, and Mohammed from housekeeping. The breakfast was nice, and Cristin was very helpful and welcoming. The front desk, particularly Donia, went above and beyond by checking in to ensure we had everything we needed and that everything met our expectations.

The Wi-Fi was slow and didn’t cover all the rooms. The mini kitchen is outdated and needs renovation. Additionally, if you order anything, you have to go to the lobby to pick it up yourself. It would be much better if they could offer room delivery service or allow the delivery person to bring orders directly to the rooms.

I would recommend this hotel because the room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was clean and spacious with clean towels and gel and toothpaste etc all provided. The hotel was quiet at night, no noise from quests banging doors or chatting loudly. Room was cleaned daily with tea and water refilled. Kettle in the room with tea and sugar. The location is excellent, 10 mins walk to metro, 5 mins to supermarkets and about 15 mins walk to tahir square. Breakfast was varied, eggs cooked to order, pastries, cereals , juices all plentiful. I'd stay here again.

The pool was not in use from what i could see .. no sun loungers out and nobody in the pool. The gym was being refurbished and i didn't see any sign of the wellness centre, hot tub or massages. Avoid the gift shop, the guy in there asked me for 2000egp£ for a 2 inch ornament that was worth no more than 100£egp , insulted, I laughed and walked away. ..also avoid the taxi hire desk in the lobby ....i was quoted $20 for a trip to airport that if you book online costs $10 or on uber its $5. Use Uber or metro to travel around 😉

Very good location and enough space for families

The hotel towels were not so clean, especially the bathroom floor towels, we need to change it several times. They need to renew the towels for sure…

Moreover, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the entire hotel. My room was spotless upon arrival, and the common areas were well-maintained throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend Pyramisa for anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay with top-notch service. I can’t wait for my next visit!
