The resort was very pleasant and the staff was excellent - definitely a good value for what we got. Although some parts of the property seemed a bit worn down, overall it was very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and our room was quite spacious and comfortable (the in-room jacuzzi was a real treat!). The front desk staff was excellent - easy, efficient, and quick check-in - and the dining/dinner staff (especially Ludmilla, our waitress) were all superb. The location was also close enough to get to the National Park and airport in 20-25 minutes. Overall, we were very happy at this resort and would recommend it.

Some parts of the property were a bit run down or seemed a bit old, but otherwise no complaints!

Before I was this location two years ago and I love this place so I consider to come back again

This time I like to be in the same part of the hotel which was two years ago I stayed in the new building but this time they were saying wasn’t open I think wasn’t the right season

Great customer service at the front counter, Wesley at the pool was also very friendly and helpful. Breakfast buffet was very good. Room was comfortable and clean.

Everything seemed to be over priced. The drinks at the pool were tasty, but expensive. Supper in the restaurant was also buffet with good food, but also expensive. Nothing wrong with the hotel, it just seemed over priced to me.

The property was well-maintained and clean.

I have travelled throughout the world and stayed in hundreds of hotels; however, this is the only hotel that I have stayed in that did not have an iron for me to use. This was incredulous.

Room size, breakfast and dinner

The room cleaning - I was in the room when they come to clean, therefore I asked them to come later. They didn't come.

Spacious room in hotel (stayed in new tower). Good selections at dinner and breakfast restaurants. Fantastic staff all round...from the pool bar, reception, and particularly the bell boys.

Seems space in lobby of new tower could be made more useful?? Better signage to spa.

Internet, I had to register every day again and it was slow. The trail advertisement was not accurate, you can’t go for a walk or run on your own in this trail

We visited to spend time at the Falls the resort was just what we wanted good food a lots of it, great weather and loved the swimming pools, we spent a week here and recommend it .
