An outstanding experience! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and well-appointed. The price is quite reasonable. Breakfast was included, with excellent choices, served in a lovely dining area with indoor and outdoor tables and a brilliant view. While the hotel is in a business area of Augsburg, and near the highway, the thick walls and doors keep everything very quiet. We also had a lovely balcony. Air-conditioning and elevators are so greatly appreciated, as some of our guesthouses in Germany and Austria had neither. The hotel is convenient to eateries and shopping. The staff is charming and efficient! Between my meager Deutsch and their good English, check-in (and out) was a breeze. Keep doing what you're doing, Reiner Bauch and Staff!! Perfektion! We loved our stay! One of us would have preferred a thicker pillow option.

Standard twin room was very spacious with a lovely balcony. The bathroom was also large. Breakfast was very good. All facilities were modern and clean. Ample parking around hotel. NOTE: Aircon will not work if sliding balcony door is not fully shut !

Location on industrial estate has limited choices nearby to eat or drink but the hotel is perfect for an overnight stopover if you prepare beforehand.

The staff is very helpful, friendly and makes you feel very welcome. Doesn't matter, at the reception, in the restaurant during breakfast, the cleaning staff, everybody has a smile on their face and this creates a warm atmosphere. The room we had was very big, with a lounge area, double balcony and last but not least, with a very spacious shower. The rain shower is great. It is as if you are standing under a waterfall! Not only is the breakfast of super good quality and wide choice, the views from the resaturant on the top floor are also nice. You can even sit outside on the roof terrace. Also there is lot's of parking space. On the evening when we arrived we went next door to the "Rosi's" restaurant at the Aral Truck stop. The food there is great! Really worth a visit, even when you arrive late, they are open till late at nioght. (Not sure if it is a 24/7)

We regret that we did not stay longer!

The room was beautiful, all felt new and cosy. The free mini bar is a nice detail and bathroom was large and clean, with the biggest shower I’ve ever seen. Breakfast was good, with sufficient options and an omlette stand.

The hotel displays pictures of a sauna but hotel advised at check-in that sauna is closed for the foreseeable future. Ideally remove the pictures if the facility cannot be used by your guests, otherwise it feels intentionally misleading. Even with this the hotel is good value for money.

The hotel was clean and neat. Gym and other facilities were good taken care of.

It is close to an industrial area and a highway. Lower floors do not have much to see. The hotel restaurant was closed so it was not easy to have a decent meal after certain hours on a Saturday.

Nice hotel with a great breakfast.

In one of our rooms, even though I reported it 4 times, the AC would not cool. Our comforter was dirty and I even turned it up for housekeeping to see, but they didn’t change it. I told the manager and he corrupted problem immediately.

Ideal, affordable hotel for stayover not to visit to lovely city of Augsburg. Situated close to main highway, in an industrial area, offering good value for money. Rooms with all the amenities you need, comfy bed and a small selection of drinks in the mini bar included in the room rate.

Selection of meals in restaurant pretty poor. Staff very friendly though, service quick but selection could be better. Great room, great bathroom, but when we checked in at 7PM we discovered that housekeeping forgot to place towels in the bathroom. After a call they quickly delivered towels to the room.

Comfortable, quiet rooms in a modern hotel. Great breakfast buffet. Parking outside hotel. Location in an industrial estate on outskirts of city. Quiet but distance from any attractions.

Restaurant closed the night I was staying there and there are limited options for eating out nearby.

I made my room reservation via Booking.com and paid in advance - but when I came to the hotel, the hotel system didn't have any information about my name in the reservation system - probably due to some IT glitch. Finally the matter was resolved by the receptionist and I got my room - but I experienced "half an hour of uncertainty" which was not very pleasant.

We used this hotel on our way to Austria. The location is dull, but that's no problem since it's close to the A8. Very comfortable room with nice bathroom. Fantastic breakfast on the roof and a great gym (a real one). We paid only 110 euros for 2 with breakfast which was a great deal.
