Great room, great location with tram or short walk to the city centre.

Turns out that you need to let them know if you want to use the electric car charging as those are often blocked by other residents, they're on-site, not in the underground garage, and space is tight! They can keep one clear if they know in advance. Also be aware that it is a standard house plug and bring your own cable. There are public chargers nearby but you won't be able to leave the car charging overnight without incurring idle fees.

Location is excellent as it is walking distance from the Rathaus and the city centre. The tram is just below, so it's easy to commute too. But the best thing was the service, staff were super friendly and the receptionist was exceptional. We arrived a few hours earlier than the check-in, so she helped us with indications for a Café nearby and some tips around the town. Lovely woman!

Nothing to dislike. We even got to our room before the check-in time as the cleaning was done earlier. It was a full-booked weekend and everybody was super helpful despite the stressing work. We'd definitely come back.

The location close to the centre of town was good. There was a garage where we could store our bicycles overnight. The hotel is a bit dated but it’s in an old building with some character. It is spotlessly clean and very well kept. The rooms are large and well equipped and the wifi is just OK, not excellent. The bathrooms too are spacious and the bed was comfortable with a summer weight quilt. We didn’t have breakfast. There is an excellent bakery about 50 metres from the hotel which sells superb pastries and rolls.

The noise. We were in a room facing the street with trams. Not only did the building vibrate each time a tram went past (every 15 minutes in both directions from 5.30 am until midnight) but it was tremendously loud, even with the windows closed. As there is no air conditioning, there was no alternative but to have the window open. Ask for a quiet room!

The hotel is located in the city center with a few minutes walk from the main square. The room was clean and well equipped. The hotel has private parking, which is a must since on-street parking is very difficult in such a central location. The tram is running right next to the hotel, but it did not disturb us during our stay, I think the kids were just tired enough to sleep.

The hotel is very close to the city centre, we could easily walk to the Christmas market. There is a garage where you can park your car (extra cost but not expensive). Our host was very kind and helpful. Room was clean and tasteful.

You can feel the tram when passing by but during the night it stops, so this was not a real issue.

The room was small but practical with plenty of storage. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Easy walk to the train stop that takes us to all the sightseeing spots. We love walking so we walked everywhere. Breakfast was wonderful. Great selection of traditional German food as well as bacons and breakfast sausages for American travelers. Just can’t list enough things we loved about this property. I might go back to Germany just so that I can stay here and relax. Highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was superb! I wish the the pillow was a little bigger.

Nice hotel, very close to the city center, with bus stop and supermarket just behind the corner. It is a comfortable solution for a short stay in the city. As a big plus, the lady at the reception is extremely kind and ready to help in case of need.

Nothing particular, everything was fine.

Very near to the historical centre of Augsburg, excellent price/quality relation. It was quiet and the room was very comfortable. The staff was great and they even arranged my room to be on the same floor as the sauna. And they stored the scarf that I had forgotten and when I came back to retrieve it, the staff already knew about it. Great service.

The room was lovely and it would have been perfect with a water heater for a late-night tea, I did not ask at the reception tho.

Nice and clean hotel with competent and very nice staff, private car parking. Good breakfast, you will be not hungry for sure! :) Close to the city old center, most of city relics are in walkable distance.

This is personal preference: I just don't like very soft mattresses and pillows, it is hard to me to sleep well on such bed. But as I said, this is totally personal preference, not an objection against hotel.
