The room is unexpected beautiful and everything is new and renovated, the view is extraordinary, the bed is very comfortable and the location is very beautiful and quiet. I would definitely come back but I give this feedback to improve. Thank you for welcoming me.

The room was very dusty even on the bed, I had allergies, I think the room was not used for long time but not refreshed. Toiled papers, I had only one piece, the bag in the trash was missing and the rug on the entrance has a bad smell, I would remove it.

It was clean, comfortable and in the middle of the city centre which was a great bonus. We ended up staying in a room with a private bathroom and I definitely recommend it. The shower was amazing, the kitchen was well equipped, a washer and dryer are also available.

There was some issue with our key card and we initially couldn't get inside the room, but we called the number (which I recommend to texting) and they gave us another room. In the end it all worked out for the best.

The location of the ANA Living was perfect, right in the Old City, in a beautiful location. Everything you needed was in walking distance. The room was beautiful and the staff handled all our needs

Everything was perfect. It did get a little warm a few nights (in August) so we purchased a small fan and that with the windows open made it incredibly comfortable.

Location is cute. Clean. Cozy place. Bright. But has good shutters. Comfortable bed. Little kitchenette had plates and cups and cutlery, hot water cattle, microwave to heat up some left overs.

No pots or pens, While the stove top was present, but we couldn't use it. It wasn't necessary for our trip this time, though The sink was clogged. But we used the one in the bathroom.

it was a great stay. The location was good but not the best. the room was clean and nice. they even have free bike to use.

because it is a self service, there’s no staff available just in case you need a refill of your shampoo and soap or you have a question. in our case, the shampoo was already emptied and we don’t have anyone to ask for. i tried the intercom in the entrance but the lady said it was from the another hotel. komisch. but it was ok.

The hotel is located in a lovely old building and my room was very bright with beautiful windows facing the quiet green garden

I wasn’t given check in instructions on time before my arrival. The staff phone number doesn’t work. I was lucky to accidentally meet other guests who helped me to find the stuff and I was able to check in as I arrived. So overall it turned out good

the place is near of the main tourist attraction and you can go to any other places from there, just take the tram or bus. there are lot of stores nearby and also great restaurants.

The location is great, right in the centre, with everything at your doorstep! The room was very tastefully decorated and the bathroom (although separate) was close and very modern and clean. Overall, we felt that it was very good value for money.

The check in procedure was a little confusing. There are boxes with the keys and the box didn't open directly and it didn't correspond to the room number. So it took some time to find which box my key was in. Also the parking was offsite and a bit confusing. It could help to have a map with the location of the parking and a picture of the garage with the booking details, as it was not 100% clear.

It was very close to our son, so worked out very well

The floor sloped down at one end therefore my side of the bed was on a slope and made it a little uncomfortable. Maybe adjust the legs so that the bed is level
