The location was central and we could access everything from transport, to walking paths, to restaurants, cafes, attractions - literally everything we needed was easily accessible. The apartment itself was very clean with great facilities and appliances with a few complimentary items like salt and pepper, olive oil, tea and coffee etc.

The lights were a little tricky, we couldn't isolate the hallway light from the light over the bed .. not a huge issue but was a little irritating

Our one-room apartment was in a great central location, walking distance to all the local attractions. In one room was the double bed, small dining table and self-contained kitchen facilities. Huge wheelchair accessible bathroom with a great shower, Beds were very comfortable. Fast wifi included. The apartment was on the 3rd floor and there is a small elevator if needed. Key code to access the building, and then a separate key code for the apartment entrance. We would definitely stay here again.

We found the check-in directions confusing as the instructions said to use a 4 digit code, but we hadn't received the code, and also the main building door used a different code. However, once we figured it out, the access was very straightforward.

The location was perfect to see the city and all the major sites period we were three minutes walking distance from the Rathaus and the main square. Everything was provided including oil, vinegar,salt and pepper. One could easily prepare simple meals with the utensils provided. Easy secure access to the apartment via lift or stairs. I would stay again however I would avoid the apartments facing the main street. It is too noisy with people walking on the street until 1 AM and not conscious of the fact there are apartments above.

I would like the option in advance to not book an apartment on the main street. It was hard to sleep the first night...maybe earplugs could be provided? If I knew in advance I would have brought my own.

We really liked the whole apartment, it is comfortable and aesthetic. It has all the amenities you need + we really liked that you get coffee and tea and an extra small gift on the bed. The place was clean and modern, so our stay was really pleasant.

It can be a bit noisy in the morning, because of the delivery in the shops, but if you close the windows it is not a big deal. The instructions for the door opening are a bit unclear, as you get multiple codes and it is a bit confusing.

Location was great. Easy to get into, liked the fridge. Great pilllows!

Walls a bit beat up looking. The shower did not drain properly at all, so I was afraid of water getting onto the floor. I actually kept the water pressure on low as possible and turned the water off at one point to see if it would go down a bit. That is one of the hardest beds I've slept on.

Perfect location and a well equipped room. Heating working well. It was nice that there was an elevator to get to the room. Great value for money. Definitely will come back when in Augsburg.

The automated check-in process might be a pain as getting through to a person in case of questions takes time.

Adequate kitchen facilities, helpful staff always available on the telephone. Very quiet room on the back of the building. Great variety of tea & coffee sachets offered.

To get door code was a little confusing, need to say. “ press “ 0 and then ✅ as you say confirm & to us that means put the numbers in again. Seems a few people have a similar problem as the shop staff near the door often have to help Limehome customers.

Location was perfect for me to travel to the work and also closer to the center and main train station. It was easy to find the place and stay was perfect for us.

Room was clean but people staying before might have spit on the walls which did not seem very good.

The apartment is in an excellent location (in the pedestrian zone, 1 km from train station). There are many sights of interest nearby as well as grocery stores, bakeries and restaurants. The place is pretty well equipped (fridge, two-plate electric stove, water cooker, Kuerig type machine....no microwave though). The bathroom is very comfortable with towel warmer and modern bath fixtures. The apartment also had compartments for sorting trash (described three types of trash--paper, plastic and organic---but only had two containers).

The cleaning could have been better. Under the bed was dusty and the bed sheets did not fit well. We stumbled upon a very dirty dish that may have been purposely hidden by a previous tenant. It may be too much to expect the cleaning staff to go through every dish, glass and flatware but one would hope that a tenant would not leave such a dirty dish (seemed like something was baked on it--it took some rubbing to get it clean). Another container for the third type of trash (see above) would have been helpful.
