The breakfast was excellent, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. The view was unbelievable too.

One complaint I have is that the room was too warm and stuffy. This was in early October,so the outside temperature at night was maybe 40F or 5C . This is a problem I have had with many of the hotels in Germany, that they are kept too warm, without any way to lower the heat. They did give me a fan in the end, which I probably would have been sweating without. Opening the window wasn't really an option because we were off a streetcar line. Guests should know it takes about 15 minutes by foot and streetcar to get to the hotel, but the hotel is close to other attractions like the beautiful Augsburger Dom and the Fuggerei.

The location was excellent, near the old town and every tiny little street there :). The room was so delightful but a little inappropriate for us because we are tall people and it had an A roof. Anyhow the view from the balcony was amazing and the room was comfy all in all. The staff was great esspecially the ladies that served us breakfast. They also have a small Pool and sauna.

The room didnt have AC so it was kind of hot there, in the summer i imagine you can not breathe if you are placed in that room. The hallway is like a labyrinth:) it took us a little to get the hang of it. The breakfast choices are poor. The water in the pool cold.

Good value. Nice ambiance at the historic building right in the city center. Small indoor pool was great after a day's drive. Room was basic but okay. The balcony was nice .Breakfast was varied and great and staff was friendly.

Parking facilities for car is first come first serve. We had the last spot. Cars had to be parked cramped, which was not easy for getting your stuff in and out. Room had no airco. During the day that we stayed it was quite warm. Fortunately we had thunderstorms during the night otherwise it would have been a sticky affair.

The staff were amazing. The front desk was always staffed and they spoke perfect English. Despite not reserving a parking spot they recommended a close garage. On leaving- we had issues with the garage (the machine canceled our ticket) and the staff offered and then came to the garage with us to help us get out. Complete lifesavers. We would still be there now if it wasn’t for them! Also the breakfast was lovely, the bed was comfy, and the hotel was in a great location. All around it was super worth the money but the staff are a 12/10!

Parked in the courtyard at the front which was a bonus. The cathedral is literally round the corner and the old part of the city is easy to walk to. Staff at check-in was informative and helpful. Bedroom was good size and modern and clean. Breakfast was a buffet and had a good range of everything - boiled eggs, yogurts, plenty of fruit, croissants.

Some of the breakfast selection had run out and it took a while to replace. Staff at breakfast were not as pleasant. Machine coffee.

This is a delightful hotel, and I was disappointed that I could not stay longer! The location is within walking distance to the major sites, and it is also close to a trolley line. The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast which was included was plentiful with a lot of variety. A parking garage was available. I will definitely stay here again as I plan to visit Augsburg again next year.

Everything was wonderful, and I liked it all~

Great location, just a few minutes walk from the old town. Fabulous breakfast - lots of variety, including fresh fruits, bread rolls, teas, condiments etc, and everything was replenished well. We had a family room with a double bed and 2 pull out single beds. This is so much better than a pull out sofa bed as the children can sleep separately. Very happy with our choice and would recommend this hotel to others.

The room only had light curtains, so was very bright in the mornings which woke the children up very early. The last few rooms at the top of the hotel are not serviced by the lift, so there are 2 sets of stairs to carry bags up. Parking was a little stressful, although the staff were very helpful getting this sorted.

Beside the Cathedral in Augsberg and well signposted. Small courtyard where we were able to park motorbikes. Very welcoming and informative lady on reception who recommended we try Ratskeller for food- you have to go here!! Great food and atmosphere and 10 mins walk from hotel. Large bedroom and comfortable bed. Breakfast was adequate.

Very small bathrooms. Parking could be an issue .

The Rooms are a good size and nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was great.. the hotel is in a great location close to the old and new town and within easy access to a tram stop.

Could do with tea and coffee making facilities in the room plus a downstairs bar for an evening drink

Great staff; great value; great location- tram 2 is nearby and it is a short walk to the Rathausplatz; lovely room; great breakfast; lovely common area; beautifully decorated for Christmas; convenient parking either in the courtyard or in their garage; easy access to arrive.
