Small room with everything you need, which functions faultless. Very close to the train station, the city center can be reached by foot. Very quiet at the same time, the sound isolation is excellent.

A little amount of water drips from the shower on the bathroom floor.

real close to train station, map sent us right by en̈trance o parking lot in rear, though we selected walking. once you know that it is just to right of station on same street the sign and entrance became obvious. staff very helpful when we had initial questions, then about vegi items on breakfast menu by knowledgeable person there. and also when we checked out early , we were able to leave our bags while visited the Cosmos Heart cafe, a 12 min walk away for lunch and returned for our bags and to catch the train to Heidleburg..

The location is just so wonderful!! It is really near the station and to go around it is so perfect. The hotel is clean and comfortable to stay. But most of all, the hotel staffs were so attentive and responsible with their work. I had a problem, but Mr. Burak helped me so well that it was solved at once. Thank you!! I can recommend this hotel to anyone!

Hotel staff is super! Especially the boy at the front desk – I witnessed a previous guest being impolite, but he still treated them with courtesy! His patience is truly admirable! Moreover, he was understanding and helpful when I was sick. I'm really grateful to him (thank you for helping me)! The hotel breakfast is genuinely good! In terms of facilities, the hotel room isn't very large, but the two of us found it sufficient.

The smell in the room is too strong, I wonder if the air is fresh? The smell is not pleasant, I hope the hotel can change it. This is the only problem that I found.

the room was renovated, not the bathroom tough. the bed is comfortable, very friendly staff, couldn't be closer to the main station, very easy access, it is silent at night even though it is located on a busy area.

The location was a minute's walk from the Hauptbahnhof. It was extremely clean and well appointed with a fridge and a safe.. The room was very comfortable and the bathroom had an infra red heater. Despite it's proximity to the train station it was very quiet. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Great location, close to the main squares. Excellent breakfast, so many things to choose from. Clean & quiet room. I liked that there were "cleaning options" like "do not come in, there's a dog in the room". If I travelled with a pet, I would like to know that. The staff was very helpful and polite.

Everything was as expected Room & bathroom were both clean Nice breakfast with lots of options to choose from very good location just outside of the train station not far from the town centre (10min walk) helpful staff we were given a quiet room as requested

that we couldn't check in earlier but we could store the luggage in the luggage room which was okay at the end we would have liked a kettle and some tea cups to make some tea / coffee

The property was clean, the staff were wonderful, and breakfast was good. It was amazing being so close to the train station but it was very quiet.

Once in a while you could smell that someone was smoking. Staff looked into it since we were in a nonsmoking floor.

Everything was great from the first step we took inside the hotel. Although it was raining outside, the reception was super clean, and the staff was extremely friendly (bear in mind it was midnight) and helpful. The process for checkin was quick and easy. Breakfast tasty, fresh food and quite diverse. Room and bathroom cleanliness 10/10.
