The receptionist in particular was great but all the staff were very good, just I had to initially call up and be guided to the front door. Breakfast was good value. Very handy for tram stops.

Shower room floor got a bit wet so something to mop it and a more easily closeable shower door would be good. Traffic noise was a minor issue but that probably depends on which room you get.

Staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in early. The room was spacious and clean, and the shared bathroom facilities were spotless. Very good price and location was excellent. Highly recommend.

WiFi was a little slow but was fine mostly. The double bed was actually 2 singles pushed together. Sometimes, they would separate leaving a gap.

Solid stay for an affordable price. Good, clean room, nice choice of food for breakfast, helpful staff. I could leave my bike in the closed courtyard.

The area is unfortunately a bit noisy (traffic noise from a nearby street) so earplugs may be a good idea (they are always a good idea, though)

It's right across a small street from the famous Fuggerei. A walkable (for young people) distance from the main square. I even walked to/from the main train station. For the rest there's a tram line 1 (currently a replacement bus B1) to/from the main train station. The room has a sink, which comes handy for washing you face/teeth. Quite clean and nice for a hostel. I'd say it's more of a hotel except the WC and bathroom are shared.

Room was very clean. The shared bathroom was clean. The shared shower was clean. The location of the hostel is ideal for getting downtown and to other sites and is not far from the central station.

Accessible to city proper and i slept well . Comfortable and not so noisy within the facility. The buffet breakfast as well were so perfect . The staff were nice and friendly. Thank you

Nice clean rooms, great value for money. Great location, near a tram station and within walking distance of the city square. Nice staff helped us check in and out swiftly.

Only one shower and bathroom for the whole floor and my group of 11 was not all of the people on the floor.

I didn't like the fact we was little bit later than 9pm do to weather condition and we had to pay €10 extra.

Upstairs, budget room with good access to central areas of the city. Safe parking for bikes.

Shared bathroom with toilet, and another shared toilet room between number or others.

Great location; great breakfast.

I couldn't get hot water from the shower. It would be good to have a communal area where people could meet.
