Friendly staffs in reception and dining room (breakfast). Good location with available parking in front of the hotel

The hotel shall fine their guests who smoked in the single room. I had to use electrical fans to reduce the smell that I hardly endure. I should have asked the reception to replace another room for me

Accommodated for my disability. Allowed a room change. Fantastic breakfast with friendly staff. Coffee and tea and biscuits in room.close walk to bus, tram and train station Plenty of eateries close by.

With in the room were steps. Not ideal for disability of seniors.

My ONLY complaint is that the pillows were very thin, which made the sleeping not the most comfortable ever. Everything else I found good.

Very well maintained hotel. Congratulation maintenance team. Clean room, friendly staff, washing machine is free, parking is free, near to tram station, supermarket, many halal restaurant. Highly reccommended for Muslim traveller

Slow internet

Very nice and spacious. Bit of a climb but for the price it has everything you need. Would definitely stay here again. And a thank you to the cleaner who allowed us to dump our bags in early.

The HOtel Goldener Falke is simple, sweet, very clean and the staff is very kind and helpful. Good, healthy breakfasts.

When I first wrote to reserve a room I didn't receive a response, but since I had stayed here before and knew I wanted to return, I insisted and I'm glad I did. My stay was most enjoyable.

Breakfast was good with a wide variety. Room was comfortable with everything needed.

the toilet seat was high off the floor. my feet dangled.

The property is beautifully cared for, decorated with taste. Breakfast delicious and healthy. And the owners soooo kind and helpful!

Space too small

I recently stayed at a hotel for four days and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. The hotel was not comfortable and there was no housekeeping for cleaning or providing fresh towels. The internet was also not good, which made it difficult to stay connected. The staff that prepared breakfast was very rude and did not speak English, which made communication difficult. Additionally, the hotel advertised that breakfast was served from 6 to 9 am, but the staff member insisted that I inform them of the time I would be coming for breakfast. Finally, the hotel was located in a bad area with dangerous people on the street, which made me feel unsafe during my stay. Overall, I did not enjoy my time at this hotel and would not recommend it to others.
