The location is close to A8 perfect for a transit hotel. The hotel is discreet and decent. The staff is very friendly and professional with impeccable english. Rooms are spacious and clean. I got host in summer and the windows were open to let fresh air in. Quiet cozy clean, staff friendly and very good for the money. For a transit hotel I would highley recommend it.

I got scared to read this section on customer feedback, expecting broken furniture or dirty rooms. There is nothing I could say I did not like. The price is more the decent for what you get and a bad review is totally unfair.

There was a problem with the water going on, because there was no hot water available when we arrived. Before arriving, we were called in the morning that there is no water available. We could cancel the booking for free, but for us it didnt matter. When arriving, the guy behind the desk was sooo friendly! He told us again that there was a problem, because there was no hot water. The hotel is located near the highway, so perfect for travelling. We stayed here one night because we did not want to drive for 14 hours to get home. There is a supermarket nearby and restaurants. Perfectly if you need a place to stay for a nigh inbetween traveldays.

In general, it was perfect. That there is no hot water, was shitty, but not the worst. Although the walls in the rooms are very thin. We could hear someone talking next to us the entire evening, also it was loud when he went to the toilet. The pillows were very soft, maybe a bit too soft. And the matrasses were a bit too hard.

Amazing location just off the smooth autobahn number 8. We arrived late and we were warmly greeted at reception, the Euros game was on at the bar and cold beer was available. Would just like to apologise to one other female guest who had to assist our colleague with dyspraxia, yes he is 24 and yes he can't use a bottle opener. All in all would highly recommend the resistance of Lukas after a long trip down the iconic A8

It was a nice room

There was a bug under the linen.

The coffe machine was out of service, so I couldn't drink coffee in the morning. Such a thing must not happen. And if it happens. the machine must be repaired immediately, no matter if it's Sunday or any other reason.

Very comfortable room and bed

Broken TV, broken toilet roll holder, broken bathroom shelve, broken sink lid -very difficult to open to drain the sink ( easy to get blocked)

We stayed for one night on the way back home. The hotel is next to the A8 and very easy reachable. The hosts are very friendly, the breakfast is good and cheap. I personally like the building a lot.

The first time we stayed we had a slightly better room with a slightly better shower, but it was still perfect for one night on the way.

Location is perfeckt, all stuff in room was "new", people was very nice, bed was comfy, there is wi fi, TV, size of room was perfekt, very quit please...

Smoking in room is allowed... 😔

We stayed here for one night while traveling. The rooms was big enough and there's parking in front of the door. The hotel is close to the highway so we didn't have to make a big detour. The breakfast is simple and offers everything that"s needed for a good breakfast. The host is very friendly and open.

Pretty good value for the money.
