For the price,everything. You can't knock this place,from the free parking to the breakfast and everything inbetween, it really is value for money. All the staff we met were helpful and friendly, nothing was to much trouble.The room was clean,everything worked as it should.The bed was comfortable,the over bath shower worked as it should and a nice touch with the fridge.There is a microwave and a couple of hotplate but nothing to use on them(bit odd really) The breakfast is superb,how anyone can moan with what's on offer is very strange.They had such an array of food/drink to choose from,it was great. Think the cooked while you wait omelettes are only Saturday/sunday(could be wrong but they weren't available on the friday)I'm not going to lie,I stuffed meself on 3 consecutive mornings,was great. You can grab a free ice lolly/apple as you go out to catch the tram(couple of minutes walk round the corner) No bar but we grabbed a couple of cold beers from the garage next door and sat outside watching the live price board change the price of diesel every couple of minutes, was quite an eye opener . All in all,great hotel at a great price and would definitely use again.

Nothing to write home about.

Location perfect for our needs - easy access to/from the highway, offering free parking. Mind that You need a car or bus to reach the center of the city. Very big room, clean and quiet. Air-condition. Big wardrobe. Fridge, electric kettle. A big couch and a table were available. Very good, spacious bathroom. Good value-for-money choice. We would stay again.

At breakfast certain items (e.g. yoghurt, bread rolls) were not replenished even when they were finished early (e.g. 8:30am) The staff was very polite but a few of the employees were obviously trainees, lacking experience and knowledge. The room was a bit old-fashioned. There was a kitchenette in the room, but not kitchenware.

A short stopover in Augsburg. I wasn’t looking for an extravagant hotel, nothing special — the important thing was for it to be close to the highway and to have parking. Decent, clean, with an impeccable breakfast (although the coffee could use some improvement). The appearance isn’t exactly new, but that didn’t matter for this choice.

For this type of choice, I really have nothing to complain about! It’s not the Ritz, but you don’t need more than this for a simple stopover.

There were huge options available for breakfast. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the staff was also very cooperative there at that time .Parking was also next to the hotel. Lidl supermarket is opposite this hotel and the location is really great if we are planning to visit LEGOLAND. Huge thumb up for the staff they were very cooperative.I forgot to say that the massage chair in the activity room was also a good thing to say.

Nothing to say but this hotel does not have a restaurant the location of this hotel is surrounded by Lidl and Burger king so we didn't have any thing to miss it

Our room was big, 2 adults and a 6yo and it was spacious, with a separate bedroom with a king-sized bed (no doors though), large TV, plenty of chairs and a small table. The bathroom was clean, even had a bathtub. The 'living' room had a table, a kitchenette with two el.cookers (no cutlery though), half-sized fridge and a big couch which can be used as a spare bed (plenty of space, a bit short though). The staff were really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good, a lot of different foods to choose from, beverages etc. Our 6yo says the hotel is 10/10 because there's free ice cream at the reception :) there's also a pool table, small ping-pong table and handball to pass some time.

A pleasant hotel near the highway. We just stayed overnight in a quadruple room, which is huge. There is a game room with a pool table at the reception, and a small gym in the basement. A gas station and a Burger King are nearby. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of vegetables, fruit, eggs, omelets, cold cuts… and sweet treats. Parking in front of the hotel is free.

Convenient location for a stop-over , 5 minutes or so off the autobahn. On-site free parking too. Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable despite being quite dated. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is wonderful, so much to choose from. Great value for money . Well done QU 👏 ✔️

Amelie Rutsch, was on reception when we arrived. She was excellent! She provided free ice lollies. She was very kind and patient with us and answered any questions we had. She has a very positive energy and is a credit to the hotel. Rooms although dated, were spotlessly clean and spacious. Breakfast was outstanding. The best we had during a 2 week road trip across Europe. Great value for money and I would highly recommend this property.

This hotel is amazing. Clean tidy Free sweets, biscuits, toiletries in communal toilets. (hairspray, deodrant, handcream) Restaurant food is amazing and not overpriced.. beer good value too. Breakfast is amazing. Situated next to lidl as well.

There's nothing not to like here it is exceptional. 😃 Only thing the safe wasn't working in our room.

The hotel reception personnel is very friendly . The location is quiet and there is ample car parking place around the hotel. There is a relax room with a baby foot, billiard. The bathroom is well equipped. The breakfast is very good .

We booked a room for 3 adults ;the large bed was fine but the sleeping sofa was of poor quality .Maybe it is OK for a child but not really suitable for an adult . The room floor was covered with stained carpet ;does not look nice nor hygienic ! needs a refresh !
