We had everything we need even when the room was not very big. Plus the hotel has a common kitchen with spices, oil...which is so convenient if you decide to make your own meals in your room. Supermarkets are just few meters in front. Indoor parking is spacious. Noise proof is very good, even when the main road is near, it was not at all disturbing. Very good value of quality-price.

The hotel is not exactly in walking distance to the old center, but bus and tram go frequently and it's just few stations so for us it's not a bother.

The breakfast and the room was very comfortable. The free roasted coffee to go is a bonus!

Unfortunately the cleaning person didn't come once during our 2 day stay at the hotel. Its the hotel's policy and no towels were replenished. The main wasn't working and therefore we had to use another part adjacent to this hotel.

Very nice hotel in the apartment style. If you wat - you can order the breakfast of prepare something in your room. Very clean - everyday personal of the hotel cleaned in our room and changed some towels. Good terras where we had a dinner many times. Many interesting games for kids. Thank you it was a good week for our family!

It's not the best location when you're travelling without a car. For travelling to the center of Augsburg we used a bolt scooter and after that a tram or go a walk to the tram. For travelling to the main train station need to use two trams.

It is located a bit outside the city, but you can easily go for grocery, fast food or bakery within walking distance. We stayed at the apartment section and it has common room with kitchen, coffee, tv and some games. All in all it is a good stay.

The room is somehow too warm, we cannot change the aircon setting. Fortunately there are window, which we could open. Key to the room need to be set up almost every day, as for some reason it does not work for time to time.

Very nice room. It was clean and luxurious. Breakfast was big with enough options.

The bathroom. There was a weird smell and a lot of mold in the shower. With a simple brush you could remove some of it so that indicates that it was not clean. We also only got about a 1/4 of a toiletpapier so that was not enough for 3 people.

Room was very tidy, clean and spacious. The kitchenette was great - pots/pans, utensils, kettle, sink, washing detergent, good sized fridge. Ensuite was very clean and great size. Very close to supermarkets. Great value for money.

There weren't any bikes to use and the one bike that was there, had burst tyres. Location not so great if you need to get into town but it is only a 15 min electric scooter ride to get there and scooters were pretty easy to find around the area.

The hotel was very clean, quiet and in a gd location.. the shops are within walking distance.. the staff was on hand 24/7 very helpful and polite.. the apartment was amazing, it was clean and tidy, it had a comfy king-size bed, everything was working well. No complaints

The only thing that was missing in the apartment was a microwave, apart from that, everything else was there. The lighting was dull over the kitchen area if cooking in the evening, had to use side lamps

Spacious room, high quality and very clean facility, a good location not far from the downtown, an entire small studio with a kitchenette. Excellent choice especially for a couple looking for a few-day long stay in the town. Very nice staff.

Nothing is available in the kitchenette except utensils – a bottle of water and some coffee could do, would be more appropriate for the price.

The room had everything we needed, including a small kitchen with everything essential, which was great.

We had 2 seperate rooms because there are 5 of us (three children). Even though we marked we would like the rooms to be together, this was not the case - and the hotel did not seem to be very full.

The location was very good. There were many parking lots in front of the hotel, it’s not necessary to pay for the garage (12€ per day)

The main door from the hotel was not opening with the card so we needed to use the entrance door from the other hotel which was connected.
