The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing to make tea or coffe with. No fridge. Not possible to get iron or ironing board. The vending machine for drinks and snacks did not take card and only took 5 or 10 Euro notes. When I tried to change my 50 Euro notes at reception, I was not able to as they only had 50 Euro notes and nothing smaller. There were no restaurants anywhere near and only one shop which was closed due to local holiday.

The room, the shower and bathroom is clean and is absolutely sufficient. This stay I booked the breakfast and it was well worth it. However, it is definately a good idea to show up early for breakfast, otherwise the cold cuts, cheese and bread (Brötchen) are gone. The coffee machine offers a sufficient range of coffee options and the coffee is really good. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I will definately book again.

I had asked for a room on the 2nd floor with window to the parking lot, but I got a room on the 1st floor and the window to the street. Next time, I will book directly with B&B Süd.

It was well organised and clean. I enjoyed the way of entering the hotel with a code which was also your room key. I received this code through sms which worked perfectly. It was close to the public transport (tram/trolley) so the centre and railway station was easy to reach. The carpark was for free and easy to access. There is the option to have breakfast there but we chose to go to the supermarket behind the hotel where you could have breakfast in the bakery

There is nothing that I didn’t like about the hotel, I would only think that breakfast should be included in the price for the hotel. But again, this was not very important as we found another way to do this.

We’ve enjoyed the B&B hotels. Clean, modern and good service from the front desk. Ample parking in the rear. Augsburg was no exception. Comfortable stay, with generous checkout time.

It’s not quite central but we did not mind that since we were with a car, otherwise there is also a convenient tram line. Maybe a mini fridge in the room would be appreciated.

Great hotel - booked at last minute when we dint make our destination that day because of traffic problems. We were on a roadtrip across Europe in a classic car - 1968 MGC Roadster (https://linktr.ee/meandmymgc). The place was ideal - simple but functional. The staff were great and helped us navigate our way to the city centre for beer and dinner. Overall great place to stay and would highly recomend.

The rooms were clean and we had all we needed. The hotel was right next to the train and very close to a stop which made it convenient to the city. There was a parking lot for hotel guests in the rear.

The room did not have controls to turn adjust the heat, so we were very hot during the night. The window did open; however, being next to the train and street, it was hard to sleep with the intermittent noise.

Good value for money, very friendly reception. And it was perfect that we as a tired hungry family, were allowed to use the restaurant seating area with our take out meal, also allowed to use the crockery etc. from the hotel. That made a huge difference to us!

Very nice room, exceeded my expectations for a B&B. Only the breakfast was under my expectations for that rates. Big parking lot, free for the hotel.

The ham from the breakfast and the cleanliness outside the hotel. In was clean in the hotel, but dirty outside.

Hard to find better accommodation with parking possibilities within city limits. You could work and use public transport to go anywhere in the city.

Breakfast felt a tad bit expensive considering that there's is a Backeri right around the corner from the hotel

Have used this chain elsewhere so decided to book this hotel based on previous good experiences. This was the second of two one night stays during the week concerned, and on both occasions the hotel was excellent as I have come to expect. Clean room, friendly staff and tram stop to town/station only a short walk away. Perfect!
