Breakfast was excellent and great value for money. The room was clean and functional. Great brewery beer garden a hundred yards away.

As a solo traveller by car arrival was difficult and not much sympathy from staff when I finally found it. If driving put the Diako parking on Burgmairstrasse in the satnav and walk once parked (very short distance). The hotel is basically in the grounds of a hospital.

I came for one night stay in Augsburg to enjoy the old town. Location is couple minutes walk to train station and walk to old town. It feels great to be in a quiet park, has seating outside to enjoy a meal. It's also next to a mall with grocery. My room is economy single but I love it. Very new, modern, clean and practical. It has all the storage you need in a small space. Staff are very friendly.

I requested for late checkout to enjoy more of the old town since my train day before got cancelled and I arrived late but hotel charges late check out so I left by 11 am. Other than that, it's great hotel.

Conveniently located near the station but quiet. It's linked to a local church / ecumenical centre so it's main business seems to be more running religious conferences. But don't let that put you off. Clean, modern with a good breakfast.

Tea and Coffee in the room would have been nice rather than paying €2 in the dining room

Our room was two rooms and we really valued and appreciated the extra space. We had a lovely outlook - lenty of green vegetation was visible. The bed linen was soft and pleasant to the touch. The furniture was simple in design but good and comfortable and convenient.

We were very happy with our stay in every aspect. But nevertheless we felt it would be good if there could be more colour in the public and private spaces. We would have loved one or two pictures in our room, by an Augsburg or Bavarian contemporary artist, rich in colours and other beauties.

The location was perfect. The room was more than I expected with excellent finish. The gardens were beautiful and gave the feeling that we were away in the country...so peaceful!

There was nothing to dislike. In fact we would definitely stay there again. My sister lives in Augsburg and I told her to recommend this hotel to any visiting friends and family

Amazing hotel with amazing concept since it's part of the deaconesses' home. It's so calm and pieceful, you immediately relax and smile when you get through the gate into the big garden. I could also sleep with open window. Even though you're in the center, you hear barely anything. Single room had great design, breakfast tasted great and had big selection. You even get free water as much as you need. And luggage storage after checkout was free. Couldn't have been better. Would love to come back and stay longer.

I can't find any flaw.

Calm, serene hotel located within a garden and just moments from the main train station, a brewery and walking distance to the old city centre. Free mineral water bottle stations within the hotel. The surrounding buildings are medical offices/services. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff.

No tea/coffee machine facilities in the room.

The room was small or what i think it should by my standards ,but really functional.You had everything in.Cleanless was excellent ,Bathroom (as it should be ) was small ,but had fantastic bath tub.Also wi fi included ,beautiful garden and very friendly staff ,especially young lady who did my check in.The bed was perfect so I could sleep well ,with great pillows On the scale from 1 to 10 i will give you 10+

Excellent location, a few minutes walk from the train station (which was great since I arrived quite late and left early). Extremely clean, modern, comfortable room with everything I needed. A decent size too. The roof terrace was also lovely. The free water was a nice touch.

Nothing - it was great.

It's an excellent "no frills" hotel. The room I had was spacious with a separate sitting area with good desk. Cold bottled water was supplied free of charge as required. I had a lovely view from my window. Location is also great, less than 5-minute walk from the station and only 10 minutes to the city centre.

I wasn't impressed by the bakery goods for breakfast, but I'm picky because that is all I have for breakfast :-)
