The room was more spacious than it looked in the photos. Our room overlooked a green area, which was nice. When one morning, it snowed, the scenery was beautiful. The bathroom was big, clean and comfortable. Only the wash basin was a bit too high for a short person like me. We were there in December and the central heating worked really well and the room was very warm. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast room was nice and the breakfast had enough variety but could have definitely been better. We would expect a bit more from a 4-star hotel. We stayed there for 3 days and it was always the same breakfast. Still, it was OK. The parking area in front of the hotel was not small but it was not big enough for all the cars, either. When we couldn't find a free space there, we were told that we could park our car in the car park which was approximately 50 meters away from the hotel entrance. That one was really large enough. Therefore, we had no parking problem. Also, the hotel had a closed car park but it was not free of charge so we did not prefer it. The location of the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood and 15 minutes away from Hannover Mitte by car. We didn't like the hotels in the city center for different reasons and preferred this hotel and we were very pleased with our decision. We spent one day in Hannover and went to different towns and cities on other days so being a bit far away from Hannover didn't matter. However, if you don't rent a car, it may not be the best place to stay for you.

The mirror in the room was in between two parts of the open wardrobe and created an illusion that there was more depth to it than it actually had so we had to put our suitcase in front of it so that we wouldn't walk into it and bump our heads. We believe it is dangerous to have a mirror like this.

Stayed here before and always very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. Nearby restaurant that’s very good. Room very comfortable . Nice to have separate toilet from bathroom.Xmas trees being put up during our stay and beginning to look very festive.

Parking difficult. Unfortunately our car is just too high to be able to access garage. Very frustrating that selfish parking reduced the number of parking places. It is the one thing that might make me reconsider using your hotel again.

Super comfortable, spacious rooms, very good beds. Breakfast was wonderful, very good selection of options. The staff was friendly, helped us finding a parking spot despite our late night arrival. Unbeatable value for the price one pays, hotel exceeded our expectations.

Staff were warm, professional and welcoming. The room itself was very well appointed with comfortable bedding and plenty of space to do yoga in the morning! We were travelling from France to Poland and this hotel was fairly convenient for anyone wanting a comfortable stopover if driving along the A2, Also the U-Bahn station, Hannover Fuhsestraße, is quite close by. Definitely recommended.

Maybe not having to pay for parking, but this wasn't a deal breaker!

For the price you get really good value. The rooms are nice, clean and big. It does have free parking, but in designated areas.

There was a lingering canabis smell in our shower. The hotel is a bit of a walk away from the city center.

Great location for the purpose of my visit . Very clean . Quiet area . Friendly staff who were very welcoming considering that I do not speak German . Highly recommended.

Absolutely fantastic. Large room and good bathroom, with great walk-in shower; toilet in a separate compartment, so very nice and convenient. They were supernice giving us a large double bed for us and our little child, without extra charge. The buffet breakfast was exceptionally good and generous. While the location is quite away from the city center, the setting is very peaceful and the hotel itself is surrounded by oak trees and others. The hotel is together with an old restaurant and beer garden great for summer.

The food in the restaurant was average, and quite pricey. I was particularly disappointed at the little piece of salmon I was given for over 15€. The people in the restaurant were very nice and the service was great, but the food not so much. The children playground was small and in a state of abandonment, clearly a point to improve!

Renovated clean hotel with big rooms. Excellent breakfast. Good air conditioning in the room. Easy parking at the hotel. Friendly staff. The restaurant next to hotel was nice too.

The breakfast serving desk is situated in a quite narrow space. It was crowded at the times. Location is far from everything if you don't have a car.

Breakfast for great with lost of options, rooms cleaned daily even though I was told that rooms will be cleared on on certain days of the week.

Not enough disabled parking space. Had to park in the outside car park. Couldn’t plug my car as we arrived pretty late.
