The two apartments we stayed in were lovely and had all the amenities we needed for our stay. Couple advertised items were not there when we arrived but provided within minutes of alerting the owners. There is an Aldi and a Neto supermarket within walking distance which were convenient for gathering provisions for our stay. There is also cafes and restaurant within walking distance and a Turkish kiosk with very friendly members of staff. The accommodation members of staff we met were very friendly, going out their way to help and answer any questions. There is a bus stop just outside the accommodation which took you into the centre of Hannover, and ran frequently. A tram stop is a little bit further away but another option for getting to and from the accommodation. It was also a pleasant walk into Hannover, passing the river and park. Would not hesitate to book this accommodation again anytime we are back in Hannover.

Only a suggestion, perhaps the curtains in the apartments could be thicker to block out the light especially with the early sunrise in the summer.

Great value for money. Amazing apartment for the price with really most everything you need. Very Clean and new. Very helpful staff. Even though it is a little ways away from the city center the bus stop is right outside and the bus comes every 10min on weekdays which works quite well.

2 things not necessarily bad but good to be aware off before booking: 1. There are only stairs, no lifts. So potentially you need to drag your suitcases up a lot of stairs. So if you are not able to do that be aware. We did not mind and it was not issue for us. 2. Do not forget your key inside the apartment as there are not always staff around to help you out. When it happened to us no staff was on sight but when contacted via booking.com they went out of their way to come and help as quickly as possible.

The apartment we had for two nights was huge, wonderfully appointed and had everything that one could dream of wanting. Even a washing machine The bathroom was especially nice Also every guest and staff member was ever so friendly . Great find , we will be back for longer

There was a smoker area in front of the door that at times overpowered the senses upon entering ;) but that’s quite normal in Germany I’ve noticed

Loved the family room. There was space for everyone, very clean rooms, a modern bathroom and they have also thought about hand towels, capsules for dish washer and shower gel in the shower. Very nice! I recommend for family stays!

The only downside for this apartment was the roads and cars noise. The cars are driving 24/7 and if the windows are open for fresh air, you can hear the cars driving by.

Very clean, spacious, various appliances available, great shower, cozy, modern design, great location for one night stay, close to motorway.

Check in took a bit of time, didn't get the passcode and room number straight after booking. Had to wait for stuff response on WhatsApp.

We were comfortable with the late check-in, after online check-in we got access to the room and the safe with key. This is convenient when you are traveling late.

Our room was between the kitchen and the shower room. It was noisy from 5am because people started showering and eating breakfast. It was very audible, I could not sleep well.

Great space, kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and check in/check out was extremely easy. Would stay again!

Was a bit far from the centre of the city but too far at all. It was definitely manageable.

Exceptionally, sparkling clean, incredibly reasonable price, nice neighborhood with a short walk to the river with a route that can take you all the way to the city centre. Facilities were clean, accessible and decent. Checkin and extension was a breeze

Generally lacking in personality/atmosphere, white and clinical, some poor/cheap design choices, albeit nothing to complain about

The kitchen is full of kitchenware. We could enjoy our dinner and breakfast.

The apartment is on the third floors, without lift, the stair is narrow. so it was hard for us to reach. We are all over 60 years old, coming with large luggage.

Super.The service staff was very good and helped to solve all the problems that arose with the reservation. I thank them very much.

Shower cabins are designed for men and women to wash together. This is very bad.
