Beautiful location, super clean and spacious, the staff were super helpful esp speaking English and super friendly

It was close to my brother's house about 150metres away so it served my purpose We also had dinner in the restaurant which was nice

Clean, functional room, free bottle of mineral water, good water pressure in shower. Free WiFi. Good location next to bus-stop. Standard continental breakfast with enough options and things to fill your belly.

WLAN requires you to re-login every 6 hours or so, which is simply annoying. Shower curtain was a bit too short so water splashed in front of the shower - glad there was a drain, but there is no air-vent in the bathroom so the humid air stays inside the room. Since the windows were old they let in a lot of cold air even when closed - which blew directly onto my head (I had a single-bed-room with the bed below the window), also the curtains were very thin and let a lot of light in. Housekeeping tried to open the room without knocking/announcing herself - there were no "No housekeeping needed/Please tidy up my room"-signs available.

We were attending the HannoverMesse and we ended up in this hotel since we were 5 people travelling from the same company and it was really difficult to find a hotel with availability of 5 rooms during that week.

Breakfast was a bit scarce and the hotel was a bit expensive considering the hotel facilities and its location. However, I think this had to do with the fact of being the HannoverMesse during the week we stayed.

Very kind and helpful stuff. They prepared us a nice breakfast bag because we had to leave very early.

It was easy to find. There was free parking.

Of the 2 beds, one had a very old and smelly matress. I have a hause-mite allergy, and as soon as I put my head on the pillow, I got an allergy attack. The curtain was brown with dirt and had a big hole torn in it, the bathroom was functional but looked like it belonged on a building site, and not in a hotel The water which came out of the tap was brown! The room had a musky smell, which made me think that it hadn’t been aired at all recently. My wife wanted to leave immediately, but I persuaded her to stay because there were no other hotels available in the area. Unbelievable! Also the coffee was cold at breakfast time.
