I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the reception staff, who were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my visit. Their attentiveness and genuine care made all the difference and set the tone for a truly comfortable experience. The atmosphere of the hotel was calm and inviting, and everything was just as one would hope – clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully arranged. I will most certainly be staying here again on future visits. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a homely, restful stay with excellent service.

The room was clean and everything what you need was there. The staff was very polite and speaks English. They have both outdoor and underground parking available (additional fee - outdoor 10€/day, underground 15€/day). Easy access to parking and hotel even after hours of reception. The transport to city centre is good having trams right next to the hotel.

The parking is a bit pricey and you need to also pay a city tax. No air-conditioning so with higher temperatures it can get warm in the room and the window being open helps a bit but then there is a risk of bugs coming in.

I liked that the rooms were spacious and super clean. Easy access via Tram. The breakfast is good, with eggs made to order for you and there is plenty of options of good restaurants nearby.

Two negative points are that I couldn't connect my cell phone to the TV and that the hotel is inside a building, which means that the reception is not on the ground floor. It's not necessarily a fault, but I find it more comfortable when it's on the ground floor.

- the breakfast was great in the sense that there was a wide range of choice; - the staff was very efficient even when presented with the evidence of some problems; - check-in went smoothly; - the room had a heater regulator, mirror with LED lights ; - there was tea, coffee and even a heating cup ready for use in the room;

- the chandelier was full of cobwebs (and it was not like a Halloween decoration); - there was a small bug ( not a bed bug fortunately) on my pillow after the first night ( I showed the receptionist the picture and he said they will take care of such issues); - the building is shared with many other companies/churches so you kind of interact with unknown people that can make the experience a bit awkward;

It is a bit a business hotel, but as you expect it then, friendly, new, clean, efficient and all in working order. It was very close to where I was dancing tango. So location perfect for me. The tram almost in front of the hotel goes directly into the city. And for people with a car, the hotel has a large parking space behind the hotel.

Actually nothing. For my purpose it was perfect. If I would have been with my girlfriend a older hotel in the center would have been more cozy. But now at least I had all the comfort of it being without any troubles.

Wonderful big room, lots of space, modern look furniture and facilities. Verty clean. Breakfast was superior, best we have had in a long time. Location quiet enough and still enough restaurants and shops nearby. The underground 'Tiefgarage" had lots of space to park. The room has TWO tv's, that was funny.

The mattress was sagging towards the middle. That's the only detail that needs improvement.

We had the room with two twin beds this time and it’s a little bit bigger and at the back of the hotel where it’s very quiet! I really like the fact that they give you an electric kettle to make tea your coffee in your room.

The first morning the breakfast wasn’t so great , but they were having technical difficulties with the appliances, so they did the best they could!

Spacious room with double bed, self service bar, public transport stop in front of the hotel, Herrenhausen within walking distance, good restaurant across the road with very friendly staff.

Lack of a workplace. If you need to work with a computer, this is a challenge. Outdoor terrace with a smoking area directly under the balcony. Although the room is non-smoking, the feeling is that you are a heavy smoker. The weather was fine and the balcony door was open for "fresh" air all day.

I chose gardenview room which was little expensive than the regular one. The bed was big and clean, room was quite large and clean, toilet was excellent and big. Location is very convenient, just beside the tram station. The price was quite standard, so I really enjoyed my stay.

I wish my tea, coffe sugar milk pads were filled regularly. I was calling the reception on the check out day several times, nobody picked, even though there were attendees, so i had to come downstairs to settle the matter.
