Nice, clean and sizable room offered. Free parking. Outside the city, easy accessible by car.

The staff have been amazing, helpful and accommodating. The hotel is dog friendly and dogs are allowed in the dining room. The hotel isn't big, has nice family feel & a lovely atmosphere. The location is great as easy to drive to off the motorway. Tram no 9 is just round the corner 300/400 meters away and it'll take you to the city centre. It's very clear and easy to use. You can purchase tram tickets in the Kiosk just by the tram stop. Hannover is beautiful to explore. We we're lucky to stay there where the lake festival was on. We took a boat trip round the lake. The whole Hannover is super dog friendly with dogs being allowed in shopping malls, etc. We'll definitely be back & we'll be recommending this hotel to family & friends.

Clean, tidy, calm. Excellent personnel. Near Ustra line 9 stop, easy access to all Hannover without a car...

Hate Hannover for their "Messe" pricing. Not a big fair, hotels/restaurants nearly empty and still 200% rates. I would happily stay 2 nights, but why should I pay double, if I can reach Magdeburg in 1 hr and pay 50% for doubled standard stay?

The room was spacious clean and antique, the whole hotel had a uique design. The lady receptionist could speak good international language and she was smiling and welcoming.The breakfast had a fair buffet selection

You can hear the cough of the person in other room. Its about 20 min far by Train from city center. as the location is in quiet far place

The room, breakfast and staff were all great, once again we had stayed on a previous occasion so there were no shocks.

We were miles apart, although my friends asked for a ground floor room once we had checked in and they were moved, but with original rooms we were still not near each other.

Breakfast was brilliant. Rooms basic but had everything you need other than tea coffee making facilities. Hotel was warm could have done with a spare blanket to be used if required but gave us extra pillows on request. Should maybe have asked. Staff very friendly and helpful

Was what we expected facilities were as listed. Non smoking hotel as normal but lovely smoking area provided outside. Noone could complain

The beds were so comfortable, one of the best nights of sleep in a little while. Breakfast had a really good range of meats and cheeses which went down well with us all.

There were no coffee or tea facilities in the room.

Reception staff and those serving breakfast are nice and friendly

The housekeeper kept on knocking from 9:30 am and seems impatient for us to check out at 11:00 Sauna was still under repair

The room smelled weird, like it has been closed for a long time. The furniture is quite old.

Property has good location, up to 5min away from Sub station. They have guests parking place which we liked. Breakfast was really good. Good option for staying in Hannover. Thanks
